Well, he gets paid. But we just heard back -- basically when switching to a virtual server installation on our physical server, he neglected to give the virtual server access to the entire disk and we ran out of disk space. Or something. But he says its fixed now.

So it was his fault!
And he gets paid?!?

He limited my access...

To be clear, he's the only reason I'm able to keep all my sites up and running. He gives us a steep discount on otherwise quite expensive troubleshooting and maintenance tasks and is always available to deal with emergencies.

Okay, might just be me, but the server seems to be having some more hickups lately, namely timing out on me, and sometimes tossing me a code 500, Misconfiguration.

I haven't had any problems, but will post if I should run across any,

I haven't experienced anything yet either, and I'm on here pretty much constantly throughout the day.

I got some errors about 2 weeks ago and it's been fine sense.

Our server admin mentioned yesterday that he's been doing some 'totally safe' changes to the Apache server. I'll ask him if this could be causing hiccups for some people.

Well, it's not just my computer anyway, it went completely offline, I checked on my normal ADSL and my 3G modem, so the glitch ain't on my side.
