Even with the ability to place your pet at a specific target, sometimes for certain screenshots you want them facing
just the right way, or have them angled
just so.
Bah.

Don't see a reason to take that out.

I like molesting hunter's pets on my druid in bear form.
So there.

While the "Move To" sounds useful, it'd be sad to see EotB go away

It, too, is very useful, and possibly more so. (That is, in some situations it'll be more helpful.)

The Move To function will be wonderful for questing, as you can position your pet quicker and MD to him to direct the mobs in a specific direction, like through a trap or LoS.
Losing EotB is very sad though, I enjoyed finding out someone was arachnaphobic and then using Eyes to harass them with my Spider pet. Sigh.

Daw, EotB is getting taken out? Much sadness, it's such a fun talent!
But the Move To feature looks like it'll be useful at least. I saw it in BRK's worgen vid the other day and it looked pretty cool

Not sure when this was changed, but it seems new. Hunter pet bar has had the "Stay" command replaced with a new "Move to" command. When selected, this brings up a small targetting circle that you can place nearby, and your pet will then move to that area like a good little cat/wolf/spider/tyrannosaurus rex
That is awesome.

Indeed. We will no longer be able to get our pets down cliffs with a short cast, it's now the long, stupid Dismiss cast. damned Blizz.

Unless we can "move" them to the spot we want them to be....! And not have them path around....

From what I'veheard, Move To uses the normal pathing system. -.-

I like the addition of "move to" command. However, I hope they change their minds about removing eyes of the beast. I feel it's a fun and harmless feature. It can be used for moving a pet off a cliff, scouting areas, taking screenshots, tag with friends, and pet v pet 'duels'. :/

Yeah, there's no reason to take out Eyes of the Beast. It's great as just a fun, flavor ability. If you leave feedback on beta saying that you'd prefer to have it back, think the developers might change their minds?

Aye, that's what I do. I actually get compliments for doing it, mostly a round of "Wow, none of the other hutners I usually group with think of that!".
Eyes of The Beast is a forgotten ability nowdays, I like hopping around as a devilsaur though, so I use it regularly. cx
