Silithids rock [although I do not own one personally...I ran out of room] they have a unique trait to them and I love the way they look, especially the battle tank ones [from a certain dungeon I can never seem to remember ;_;].

Ahn'Qiraj, C'thun's raid. And I'm still cheesed that we can't ride them anywhere except in the dungeon, and only one person per server got the black one 4 frigging years ago.

Beleive me i understand the sentiment, but if you only have a single hunter then that's not good planning. My SV/MM main has never been BM, and when i couldn't resist any longer, I didn't switch specs, I rolled a new hunter dedicated to the BM tree. Now both of their stables are full of rare or extinct pets and I'm suddenly concerned for hyenas for the first time in ever just because they are currently living in danger areas.

I guess I know what my next personal assignment is then.

First; I don't raid much with my hunter anymore, second my hunter is not a main... so, I mean if I really want to ditch one, it might just be Krieger, so I can get Precious the wolf again, I've yet to see any diseased wolves in any of the videos for Cata on youtube though...right now hangin' with Krieger*Silithid* to see if I like her. Can anyone confirm that they're are diseased wolves still around Northshire Abbey in beta?

Diseased wolves took over the Northshire area on live; it's probably the same on the beta.

Luckily My favorite skin is all of them except that skin. haha. But at least the skin isn't completely gone.

the silithids always remind me of Starship Trooper bugs minus the gaping scissor mouth.

After reading these forums I've gone out and tamed myself the ravager and the Clutchmother (just in case), and I'm wondering if I should tame one of the hyenas from 1,000 Needles too. Hmm, maybe someone should build an ark or something.

The purple hyenas are safe, so no worries. They can be found in Tanaris in Cataclysm.
