I always suspected that stable master in Swamps of Sorrows was up to something... you were supplying him with
pokemon pets, weren't you.

I sense Saturo had something to do with it as well...

It's neat for these to be available at low levels, but I'm not holding my breath that they're permanent. I have a feeling they could just be placeholder models until they release the new island raptors that were shown in concept artwork.
Still, if these happen to stay I'll be pleased.

Have you tried to see if the Teraptor Matriach is tameable? It is pretty big an' all

I wish the purple / blue would stay that color... let them pick a different one to be a color changer, just leave the purple / blue one staying that color; hence why I never got a raptor pet, cause that darn purple/blue one is a freakin color changer ><

Awesome, a four-color-switching-outlands-spiky-raptor at a low level!

I'd be very happy if they stay'd color changers for the reason already given, one slot= 4 pets, that and I could never decide which one I liked more, so now hopefully I wont have to choose

Yeah - the spiny raptor sketch was waaaayyy cooler. I just hope these are placeholders but I have a sinking feeling someone at Blizzard just likes them their OL raptors and figured everyone else should too.
Here is what the spiny raptor
should look like:

YES! Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes! That's the raptor I want to tame sooooooooooooo bad. I jumped out of my seat when I saw the art work during Blizz con!!! PLEASE BLIZZ, MAKE THIS HUNTER'S DREAM COME TRUE! All I want for Cata is a bad-ass, spiny raptor. <3 /puppy eyes.

Kinda hope this stays. As much as i would love to have a purple only one. Having all 4 in 1 isnt all that bad, and in fact very neat. If it stays, id tame one and name it Chameleon or something.

Yes, yes, yes these. These are what I want. The outland model is meh at best. If pets are normalized with the skins we have now, a raptor would be far, far down my list. If raptors were the best, I'd get one of the old-world ones, not the outland one.

I hate to dissappoint people, but only low-level Goblins can tame these. The Lost Isles are completely phased, other races can't get there and goblins can't go back once they finish questing there. Although that might change, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I've already got my goblin hunter's name reserved and heirlooms waiting...

My comments and I think the other, more recent ones on this thread, are concerning the fact that we know this isn't a new skin,
but wish it was - many of us have been waiting somewhat breathlessly for Blizzard to implement that concept sketch that I linked above (the one of the ax beak/raptor/porcupine thing), and are worrying that this is a sign that particular concept didn't make it off the drawing board.
