In light of my agreement with Saf (visible in the chatbox) I'm posting mine. I also have a separate window for whispers, but it's not visible here. My eighties have significatly more buttons, and my healers have raidframes, macros, omen and healbot in the center as well.

I use Wim for my Whispers.

Mine is Default with Allbags addon (a life saver... literally...).

Here's my Death Knight's UI which, although similar to the UIs I use for all my toons, fits together a little better. It has gone though a lot of changes over the years. I too am an addon junkie.

The most important addon I use is Kirby. Outdated but still works. WoW just seems incomplete without my pink puffball now.

Other important addons include:
X-Perl for my unitframes. Although I am veyr tempted to switch over to something else due to no support for it recently. (RL catching up with the author)
Bartender 4 for my Buttons (with Button Facade Onyx)
Sunn Vewport Art for the frost thingie at the bottom. (I like having my buttons on top of something. Being a mouse clicker means I like them to stand out )
CT Buffmod for my Buffs/Debuffs
Basic Chatmods for my chat window
Runewatch for my Rune cooldowns and Runic power/disease tracking
And Sexymap for my minimap. I made the configuration myself. You can't see it but the red runes spin about. Very proud of it.
I have a whole bunch more, but I figure I've spammed enough here.
