Hee! Yes he's been spending a lot of time by my side lately. ^^ And thank you. I'm still surprised by how much he grew on me, but I just adore watching his slow steady flapping and admiring the detail on his model. His colours are just so beautiful, and I really enjoy watching his lightning attack when fighting something. Somehow he just fits Veph really well.

I was thinking the other day of what a great Flying Mount the Outland chimera would make. They would be gorgeous to glide around on.

I'd love a chimaera mount, it'd be so cool

Would still prefer old-world Chimera models though....the outland heads still creep me out XD

Hehe, the Outland faces were what always made me think I wouldn't like those models. They don't freak me out, I just thought they wouldn't have any character or expression. I was surprised to find that despite all that, Xoltron totally has personality! *squishes him* I think it's easier to see when in motion beside you rather than a still screenie, but oh well. ^^

I think I'll need to go on a proper photoshoot with him when I get home from work.

It's funny, I was exactly the opposite! Back when I was still leveling Silinrul, I really, REALLY wanted one of the green outland chimaeras. I worked really hard to get her to...63, I think, was the lowest-leveled green one, in Blades' Edge. Then I ran right out and tamed one. I let him go within five minutes; his faces just really freaked me out, and he just wasn't clicking for me. I haven't tried them since, though I might go back and grab the white or brown one later, when I have more stable slots.
