They are still there, if you look at the map darnassus has just grown out north a bit to make room for the worgen district.

Wait wait wait... why is all the other text in there capitals while the worgen place uses lower case letters?

Because the Worgen place was added on later, and they haven't stylized it yet. 'Sides, might be how they portray a difference between nelf writing and gilnean.

Hmm that little flight master mark is new... Did the flight master get moved inside of Darn or is that mark just a way of saying "Flight master on the other side of the glowing, purple, night elf portal pagoda"? :O

The icon on the map appears to be south where the purple teleport tree thing is. I think Rut'theran village got destroyed and is now only used for boats, so that's probably where the flight master has been moved to.

In another vid from TotalBiscuit the map shows that the flight master is still in Rut'theran. So there are now two flight paths in Darnassus.

The flight path within Darnassus looks like it was added to connect to the Rut'theran flight path because it looks like the old trasport hut that warped to Rut'theran was destroyed.

I couldn't spot it in the vid so that's my theory on why there's now two flight paths. But then that raises the question of where does the transport hut beside the flight path in Darnassus lead to.
