Oh.

Yeah, the pitch does nothing to me. *mildly curious what exactly that would mean....and wanders off to Google.*

I'm used to that sound to be honest. I mean, it never really bothered me in the first place, but during year 9-10 at school that was on pretty much all my friends' phones and they loved playing it at the same time. Imagine that noise being played from 5-7 different phones on full volume in close proximity. Heck, I even had it on my mobile phone (But I rarely ever took it to school, I hate phones and that annoying ringing noise they make!).

Some of the rages and reactions from my school peers were kind of funny though...

HAHAH, I could hear it after 10 secs. I'm 29, my husband's 30 and never heard it. ^^

Well all I have to say is: Jesus Christ, that sound is awful. 21 here!

Over 25, and wow that ringing stays a while... annoying.

My BF couldn't hear it, he's 19 years old...

I can hear it at 27, but it's not painful in any way.

I think they have something similar at work, an alarm that is meant to scare the seagulls away without bothering the guests. First time I heard it in four years ago it was annoying as hell, now it's just a random noise I'd rather not hear...

Oh boy, that wasn't good. I turned it off right after it started and it's still ringing in my ears. >< I'm 28. Never want to hear that again.
