Well, they're selling some sort of exclusive merchandise, and under the FAQ for that it says "To qualify for entry into this sale, you must purchase the BlizzCOn 2010 Virtual Ticket by 11:50 p.m. PST on October 10."
So I think we have plenty of time.

I bought the virtual ticket just to get Deathy, but how do I get him ingame?

They send you an email with the information on how to redeem him.
