I use the TyraMisdirect addon.
It lets you choose as many MD targets as you want (so say your in a 25 man with three tanks, just set each one as MD target #1, 2, and 3) so you don't have to worry about your MD macro for the entire raid, and you don't have to constantly change who your focusing on
It also automatically sets your MD to whoever the tank is in randoms.
