Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think that there's any new tameables on the PTR.
As far as I know it doesn't include any changes to the Old World, only to classes and class skills.

But if your still making the list, the Sapphire Hive Queen is still untameable also.

Just wanted to pop in to add that yea, it appears that none of the mobs have changed.
Also: My pet Slick (Oil-covered Worg) did not get a bath. He's the only "bugged" pet I have to test though.
Worms appear not to have their Exotic ability. I don't know if this means they'll eventually lose their Exotic listing, or if they're still working on it. I'm hoping for 10% AP buff(Marks get it, but if it's exotic, it'd help round out BM).
