At least she's not yelling "YOUR PATHETIC MAGIC BETRAYS YOU!"

....this is making the roaring sound good.

Sindragosa is huge. Massive. I've been there too.

But the login screen, you can tell that that dragon doesn't look nearly as massive. Though maybe that fence is super tall and I'm wrong? I never saw any confirmation that the login screen was Sindragosa.
I knew the cinematic was her and never believed otherwise. It's very obvious in that intro cinematic which dragon that is and that alone shows her size, but that login screen dragon is much smaller in my opinion. Unless that fence is over 50 ft tall cause it sure as heck doesn't look tall enough in scale to that frostwyrm to be Sindragosa.

Orrrrrrrrrr....

It's Sindragosa and the other art on the login screen isn't scaled properly with her so it looks decent and fills the screen. :)

Hate to tell ya, Blizz said otherwise I'm sure.

She's not as huge in-game as she is in the cinematic. O_o;

Oh god. Don't get me started.

I'm surprised she doesn't scream about Malygos abandoning her(despite he didnt. He thought she was dead....which she pretty much was).

The new login screen should be of the maelstrom, with garrosh swirling around and around and around, bouncing off the jagged rocks before being drawn down into oblivion.

or just of the maelstrom, which ever :)

Create a folder path like this.

World of Warcraft\Data\Sound\Ambience\GlueScreen

Create a blank .wav sound file, copy it 4 times and rename them.
Wrath_Login_1
Wrath_Login_2
Wrath_Login_3
Wrath_Login_4

No more dragon roaring!

And yes this is legal, doesn't go against the ToS and blue posters have said that changing SOUND files is fine, just not textures or models.

We have recently seen a number of User Interface Add-Ons that are making modifications to the World of Warcraft in-game music files and wanted to take a moment to go over some important points with the community in connection with this. While we are currently allowing Add-Ons that remove or replace existing sound files, keep in mind that it is illegal to distribute copyrighted materials, in this case in-game music and audio files, without authorization. -Bornakk

So as long as you don't replace it with a copyrighted file, your all good.

Enjoy

Aye, I know that, been using it since a few weeks after release, but the time before I figured that out was plain awful. Not to mention, whenever you patch, it would get "burned in" to the gamefiles.

Doesn't do that anymore, can patch fine without it changing or being added to game files.

Oh? Does that apply for .MPQ files as well?

If you put the files in your own .MPQ file it will, but since 3.3.4 you don't need to do that anymore.
Just create the same folder path in the WoW>Data folder and place the sound files there.
WoW will use the ones in your data folder first, leaving the original ones in the .MPQ untouched. If you delete the folders you created in WoW>Data, WoW will go back to the original ones in the .MPQ.

Well, I was referring to modeledits, and AFAIK you still have to put those in an .MPQ, tough not necessarily the original ones, but something like Patch-4.

But MPQs won't be merged anymore?
