Deadly would be an understatement, just imagine it:

Bob: Hey look Jim, theres some pvp'd guys over there!

Jim:Oh awesome! Hop on up here Rex! *Loads devilsaur*

Bob: The hell are you doing man!?

Jim: Its just something I came up with, I call it a pet launcher! *Fires the Launcher*

*Rex flies through the air, lands on one guy killing him instantly, then rips the other guy to ribbons*

Bob: Their dead Jim...

Jim: Yup... They most certainly are Bob.

Then again other pets might work too, getting hit with a curled up armadillo would be like getting shot with a cannon ball. So all and all. I approve of Armadillos and the Pet Launcher Idea!
