From what I can tell, you can use it to break CC on you or the pet, but if you're cc'd during, you're nailed (same with the pet).

Yeah, these changes pretty much kill BM as a pvp spec. My sole job in bgs was controlling runners with my pet or working at flags. Will be a lot harder now, Esp in Warsong.
