I hope we won't have to pay for our new stable slots once this goes live. I'm not exactly a rich Hunter (most of my gold's going towards my warlock's Epic Flying training)
First thing I'm going to do is go back to the Barrens and retame Beauty, my purple raptor (I love Reverie, my Skoll, but I miss her so much!), then search for Snort (aka Shenzi). Then up the Sholazar for the Goretalon Matriarch, and see if I get lucky on a Loque hunt! After that, to Zangarmarsh for Waspinator, and down to the Underbog for Peppermint, my green Nether Ray. Then over the Botanica for my red dragonhawk, then to Taranis for Deekah the Zergling , er, Silithid
After that...I'm not really sure. I know I'll find some cool new pets anyway!
