Sylvanas a villain? Hello! She was the one killed by Arthas, who fought to free herself and to establish a home for the Forsaken, many of whom were rejected by their own, former human familes! Then she allied with the Horde to further ensure her people's survival, and after that, helped her former people, the Blood Elves, also join the Horde.

She's willing to do what it takes to make sure the Forsaken have a home in a world that hates and fears them. How is that any more evil that what Thrall, Caine, and Vol'jin have done for their people?

Anyway, back on topic. This is hilarious! It almost looks like the Stormwind Guards have gone on a Horde witch hunt just like how Republicans targetted so-called Communists in the 1950s. "There's a Hordie, no, there's one! Agh! They're EVERYWHERE! EVERYONE'S HORDE! KILL THEM ALL!"

I always thought the Alliance was crazy

We're not having the Sylvanas argument again. Some of us think of her as a villain, some of us don't. Leave it there.

I'm gonna side with Palla on this. I think of her as a royal bitch of a villain and she's becoming the very thing she sought to destroy but I don't wanna see a huge argument on this.

This is why I said Garrosh, not Sylvanas, originally. Cause I don't think there's anyone here who supports him.

I support Garrosh. Now you all know what us Alliance feel like, stuck with Wrynn (and Staghelm, who's not REALLY a leader but pretty close)

Wrynn isn't bad like Garrosh tough. He's just a bit stupid. He has actual REASONS for not liking Orcs, unlike Garrosh, who just wants to fight.

Wrynn has some good points, especially his love for Auduin. After reading the comics, I can't really hate him, and I'm Horde!

Garrosh, on the other hand, has *no* redeeming qualities from what I've seen of him so far. He's just a bully with major Daddy Issues who's threatening to tear the Horde apart! I wish he had died at the Wrathgate instead of Saurfang Jr.

While I don't like Garrosh, I must point out you're wrong. Garrosh does have good in him.

When Cairne was killed and Garrosh found out who did, it, he avenged him by slaughtering the Grimtotems(who poisoned Cairne's drinks) which I commend him for because I loved Cairne. Ontop of that, the spar between him and Cairne was Cairne's challenge, not Garrosh's. Garrosh merely honored it and did not kill him(obviously). (Source: http://www.wowwiki.com/Cairne#Cataclysm)

So you see, he IS learning and from someone who despised him with every fiber of my being....I'm starting to respect him a little.

All that is just plain retconning of his character tough. There were no signs of him learning anything, and for Blizz to go all "Let's make a character everyone will hate!", and then change their minds is just plain dumb. So far he's done nothing to atone for what he did in Northrend, for example.

But I honestly hope this isn't just a glitch and there is some interesting event planned for this, cuz it's pretty cool ^_^

It would be cool if it was connected to the Pre-Cata event involving the Twilight Cultists in SW.
I mean part of the quest has you running around as a cultist and since there Twilight Cultists running around on the Horde side, some could slip into SW disguised as humans and try to take at Varian. Which would mark them as Horde as soon as they did, and if you're still running around in your cultist robe the guards would try to take you out because they think you're just a disguised member of the Horde.

(For the Horde side it'd be disguised humans trying to take out Garrosh.)

You know I'm alliance too, right? I'm not a fan of Wrynn either, but at least he's improving. Staghelm's just rude. Garrosh is just...something else. >_<
