Agreed, I've always thought a Ranger class would be awesome, but i would want them to be melee competitive too, something like *Cough* Legolas or Aragorn (really any Dunedain) */cough*

Monk, enough said....I mean FINALY fist weapons would get a meaning in the game!
But Demon hunter...or bards....because bards are that awesome.
To be honest I think Blizz could add one more mail user and a leather user, as there are only two classes in both.
why is my english turning into engrish.

Witchdoctor. (Ya, mon.)
Weatherwitch. (Weather spells, Earthquakes, Storms, Hail, etc.)
Illusionist. (Could also be a buff class?)

dragonkin i think?? it's in WoW lore but not in the acual game
Actually that kinda gives me an idea.
Dragon Aspirant.
A caster class with 3 trees, Emerald Aspirant as your healing tree, Azure Aspirant for Casing DPS and Ruby Aspirant for Tanking. Yes, a caster tank foshizzle.
You have different "aspirations", sort of a mix between the warrior stances, the presences for the DK and the druid forms. They give you buffs to certain stats, and when you're in each aspiration you recieve an additional effect to your spells. For example, you have a genereric fireball type spell. In Ruby aspiration, you get a bonus to your threat whilst in Azure aspiration it has a higher chance of critting.
At the end tier of your 3 talent trees, you have Draknoid form. Whenever you're in that aspiration, you become a draknoid of that colour. This gives you more of a bonus for being in that aspiration, and you get acces to a few draknoid specific spells.
Also, was thinking of a spell which summons up a drake to come help you in combat. Again, depending on what aspiration you're in is what colour drake appears. Emerald drake helps with healing, Azure drake piles up the DPS and Ruby drake taunts and can take a lot of hurts. Maybe add a glyph for the spell that causes you to be able to summon one type of drake but makes it permanent pet, because we know we love pets.
I am also all for Witch Doctors and Bards. The good doctors because they are awesome. Bards for a more sentimental reason. (An old D&D character of mine who I loved to bits was a bard. Would love to finally play her in WoW.)

I actualy squeeled when I saw monk on your list. I blame final fantasy for my monk craziness.
But a casting tank? Sounds interesting.

I would kill. KILL for a dragonoid race. But I love my necromancers. I'm not talking about DK's where you raise ghouls, I'm talking an ACTUAL necromancer class (cloth, of course)
Diseases, DoT's, Buffs, warlock-ish heals that can be spread to the party (Think shadow priest's damage transfering to heals for the party) Renewable pets that level up AND can be dumped for a stronger body (humanoid only, dur). Pets that reanimate with their previous skills. Think of it. a Caster pet. a ranger/bowman pet. a Tank pet. A HEALER pet. You supply them with "life" the more you kill, the more alive they seem. The less you kill, the more likely they are to either rot into uselesness, or show their dead bodies. (think human slowly turning into an undead).
Cannabalistic buffs/debuffs. A type of buff that does one thing to a friendly target, and something completely different to an unfriendly one. It's one buff, but does two things. Very bad news in Mind Control fights. Your buffs turn into debuffs automatically. But also, your Debuffs turn into Buffs (MC'ing a boss add)
Three Trees. You can have your Buff specialisation. Your necrotic disease/pet specialisation (Latent ability allowing control of two/three pets at a time) and your Spiritual (basically dumping the undead in favour for the living, elementals and such. Essentially adding a shaman with an earth/fire/wind/water/shadow/holy/arcane/physical damage output)
A type of ressurection that stuffs the soul back into it's body, raising it as a pet with a 10 min duration. Upon expiration, the risen ally falls dead. BUT, this risen ally gains their BODY and ALL of their skills. So one could use this upon a priest/shaman/paladin/druid and recover everyone from a wipe. Of course the one recalled in this fashion dies again, but what's death when one controls every aspect of it?
A juggernaut pet effect. The pet stays up even if the controller dies, making Necromancers a deadly class and forcing people to think about what they're doing. At end of combat, if the master is dead, and the pet is alive, and nothing is attacking. The pet will "sacrifice" itself to restore it's master to life. The pet is destroyed, the Necromancer rises from the dead, and the fight can continue with the next available corpse.
One could also use this to "Hijack" a DK's ghoul, either army or pet. This class preys upon death and destruction, and a battlefield grants numerous corpses, from lowly skeletons (Risen player corpses, the first type of pet, and the lowest) to undead generals of the lich king! (After being "killed" of course)
What say you to this type of class? ( I know it's been done, but I love them ever so much <3)
Demon,

I'd say Dark Rangers, ie Sylvanas.
You may ask why, we already got hunters!
Well a Dark Ranger is a completly diffrent thing from an hunter, they use shadow / plague spells like a death knight, no pets , they are Undead (most of the time), course a Dark Ranger uses a bow to apply the Curse, they are also very very good in Mind controll as spotted in WC3
Else i'd say Demon Hunters, when they had annouced new class, but not yet wich i was almost crying ''YES FINALY DEMON HUNTERS'' And...a Demon hunter is Faaaaaaaaaar away from a rogue, they are closer to an Warlock Demo spec without the pet and they are Meele, thats just my two cents

I'd love an honest to goodness Vampire class. They have a blood feud with Worgen, so they're on Horde side or just neutral with both (but will attempt to kill a worgen if it ever goes into wolf form in their town).
They can wear anything (except maybe plate. bulkyness is not good for being stealthy).
They are like the equivalent to Death Knights, but not so OP. And instead of choosing a race right away, you go around as a vampire spirit for your first ten levels of getting used to the class before you get your pick to suck the life out of a race and assume that form, no matter what it is (which means horde alliance! ...Wait...).
Or if it's going on the neutral, if you pick a alli race, you get sent over to alli and if you pick a horde race you get sent over to horde. Would mix the classes out nicely.
Oh, and they have a travel form/class mount. It shall be a bat similar to the ones the undead use for transportation.

Ooo dragoon class, would have like the dragon tamer idea, specialize with spear, gaining dragon like pweres, and extra damage to dragons hehe. they could even get their own mount like those four legged humanoid drakes without arms or something. Hmm blizz should get the rights from square to put bangaa into the game by far my favorite race fromm final fantasy but they're sadly not implemented into ff11 nor do i see them in ff14
