That really bites. But you're on Lost Isles, right? If so that means it's respawning in roughly half a day! Maybe they have a higher respawn rate during testing, because I can't imagine it'll be that frequent on live.

I want this turtle.
I will catch this turtle- and then put the pokeball in my pants.
But seriously, I want this turtle. Even if just on one toon. Bah about it and the rest being rares though. Trust blizz to keep up Well hitting like trucks and being immune to CC isn't enough. We must... MAKE THEM RARE. And part of frost bitten achievements!

Well, here's the hourly total so far. I saw him spawn at 8:12pm EST and got too tired to circle that spire relentlessly at about 3:40 am est. So he's at least a 7+ hour spawn.

While I want to get Karaji my white turtle back, I now want one of these too. Damnit he looks too neat to say no.
