I think both work quite well... when you view them at full speed anyway. Don't quite see the little bunneh hop when he's blazing along at 100% speed.

Female one looks nice, though maybe a little over caffeinated ?
They look kinda hyper, like, I expect to see a huge dust cloud behind them as their running, lol
But I like it. They both look pretty solid now that I've seen the male one in game at full speed, and not model viewer.
Huge step up from
This, though not quite as funny, hehe.

What makes me laugh the most about the female Worgen is that they have a random extra arm sticking in the air.. When standing, it's pointing downwards, going through the ground.. But when they start running, the hand rises to face up, touching the Worgen's tummy, as if it was giving her belly scratches. XD
Have to say I really like the way it looks. ^^

Yeah I agree. Not as bad as that first look made me think. I dunno though... I'm still not sold on the idea.

I don't care that there's one less Alliance mount, I really do not like this running wild rubbish. This is something I would expect to see only on hostile mobs intended to be actual wild worgen, not any player controlled or 'sentient' worgen mob.
FFS, give them a damn mount, how fricken hard can it be.

Oh good god, I can't stop laughing! It's aweful!
It's like a mad frog-hop
I think I'll pass on the Worgen. While the idea of playing a werewolf is pretty cool, between the terrible mess with the female faces and the frog-hop I don't think I could ever take my character seriously.
The videos did give me a good laugh though, thanks for posting them, I needed a laugh
Edit; Just saw the female dance as well. I don't know Lady Gaga's music or videos (don't care much for pop anymore) but that dance is just dreadful, about as bad as the human female dance.
Poor female worgen, she could have been so awesome, now she's a joke.

I've only seen the male Running Wild animation: It looks really creepy, to me. The way the claws splay when they run? It looks like spiders! I can imagine running across Warsong Gulch and having 30 of these running at me!

The female animation is linked in this thread, Antares. Azurelith linked it on page 1, in two separate posts.

in the second vid with the male worgen, it doesn't actually look as bad when yer goin full speed (100%), but might look a tad funny at 60%. It doesn't seem as boingy at 100%, but those 20 lvls at 60% might suck heh.
Another thing that struck me in that vid is that the centaur cat people didn't attack him...maybe they're friendly and another rep?

Ugh, the only thing that is missing is the little child seat and handle. Thought this was a cool, unique "mount" not turn into a toddler's bouncy toy.
My desire to roll a Worgen has been dropping as the updates been increasing.

So, I saw the female worgen vid from Totalbiscuit (All Hail Totalbiscuit).
Then, I saw Veph mention in guild how all she'll ever hear when she sees this is "BOINGY BOINGY BOINGY."
CURSE YOUUUUUUUU!!
*resigns to be Horde yet again for another expansion*
C'mere you adorable Gobbos!

I agree, female version is better, while male one is pretty funny looking, not what I thought it would be. I expected it to look more like running, then jumping. This animation is making me reconsider my decision to stick to male worgen.

Ooo, I love the running wild trait! My biggest annoyance with the worgen was with how they ran around bipedal and didn't scamper when running like the mobs.
I do wish they would revisit plains striding with the taurens now, however.
Also... The fem's dance... ugh. My worgen will never dance and will hunt down and kill the owners of disco balls and flutes.

Actually I have a little consern. I'm affraid the pose at which they stand on all fours might become a source of dirty comments. Especially for female characters. If they had tails, that would solve it. Also dresses make it a bit better.

Same here.
