The ID and mob name are in there. Weird change, huh?

I think that makes sense from a site building perspective. Multiple mobs use the same skin, so displaying them by skin identifiers and not NPC ID saves space.

Now for a true test -- what does a color changer do to this setup?

Weird that mine keeps defaulting to Ariadne on the main page; she's not in my first active slot. Wonder if it's alphabetical or based on which pet I had out the last time the armory updated.

I was wondering why Skorn happened to be the default pet shown as well (I was like "Whoa Blizz you're psychic!"), but then I saw the little whistle icon next to him and it seems whichever pet you have active at the time is the default. ^^

The thing is, Theseus was my active pet when I checked, so it must be cached someplace.

Ha! Nice Atreides "Hawk" you have there. Muad'Dib, Alia, Duncan, Ghanima, Gurney, Halleck, Leto, Leto II, Liet Kynes, and Shaihulud (i have Shaitan myself, disembodied jormungar). They can hang out with my Rogue, MuaddibUsul anytime! Love your stable! So who do you have picked out in Cata to fill in the missing names?

I like this although my hunter comes off with a nice pose, my druid, well she looks weird in that stance lol

I am hoping they make it where you can choose the stance of the char.

When looking at the source of the page though it doesn't appear to show NPC ID's any more - so (as an example) "The Beast" just shows it's current name, and the skin type... at least it still works on the "old" armory with all the pets.

Also noticed not all of the pet skins are available - Arcturis or orange tigers didn't have any images for me earlier.

Loving the new add-on for pets and glad I'm not the only one clicking on other people's pet collections because of it too heh

I love you. Seriously... no one else gets the reference, especially not the ones from the later books. Makes me feel so old! And can you believe that Atreides (without the funky i) was a reserved name?! Doesn't make sense to me... Idaho is also reserved, but for a different reason, I'm sure.

Siona, Miles, and Darwi are also Dune names, from the later books. Siona is from God-Emperor, Miles and Darwi are in the last two (Heretics and Chapterhouse). I'm planning on naming my Fox after Yueh ('cause he's tricky >.>) and my monkey will be Teg (Miles' last name), and as soon as Qirot becomes tameable I'll have a wasp named Chani (just sort of seemed to fit...). Usul is a good one, though... I forgot about that name entirely. I think that might make a good Shale Spider or Beetle (would go along with MuadDib the silithid, I think!) I would've used Paul and/or Jessica as well, but they're just too... normal, haha.

Naming 25 pets is so much easier when you have some sort of unifying convention with a lot of available characters ^_^

I absolutely love the new feature! Arcturis doesn't seem to show up, or the Ghost Hydra. I understand the site has only recently gone up, but anyone else with a no longer tamable pet getting this problem too?

Well, my issue seems to have halfway-fixed itself; I can see my hunter in the Primary Character section but can't swap to any of the others. Still, better than nothing.

You might notice my stable is only about halfway full. I'm still experimenting with my tames, and trying to find ones I really like. Also, anyone who can guess my two naming themes gets a cookie. Hint: My first theme was based on what I chose as my character name, while my second one came about because I started to run out of names from my first one.

If you click on your character's NAME in the upper right hand corner, you should get the option to browse all of your characters and change your main one. If your desired character isn't listed in the dropdown list, click the Manage Characters option at the bottom of the list.

It's very important to click in the right place, since there are a bunch of tightly-packed links up there now. Clicking your guild name goes to your guild (note: this still links to the main armory currently). Clicking your character's portrait takes you to that character's page.
