Well anyways, enjoy - I remember it took me some two weeks before I got my Aotona.

Yes, I know how infuriating that can be, camping... I was very lucky that day. And, of course, I gave out tame time to just about anyone who wanted it. I hope more hunters will get the pretty purple parrot.
Actually, I think a lvl 77 hunter got her the next time she spawned...

Ugh I know exactly how you feel! Lucky you on getting Aotona! I've been hunting her and King Krush for four weeks now!! And after the 3 weeks I spent camping Loque back when he was the only spirit beast, I am ready to say good-bye to the Basin forever! Sadly, I've had Krush killed/tamed minutes from me 4 times now and I am really getting frustrated. Especially since I have yet to see even a feather of Aotona. I've never even seen anyone with her as a pet, yet I've heard of them taming her. Well...hopefully someday soon I can get these two beauts and regain my sanity! For now I shall keep flying mindless, numbing circles around the Basin and continue to be told I have an addiction by my husband

I used to read all the Doctor Doolittle books as a child. They are fantastic!

Those abysmally bad movies with Eddie Murphy in them are not even worthy of the name Doolittle, there's no resemblance at all except for the "talks to animals" things, and there's where the similarities end.

Well, currently I sprained my wrist (long story, kind of like The Noodle Incident), so I can't play.
Hunt is postponed for now.

I am now complete! I caught King Krush today!
I was losing hope, really. It's been such a long and tedious hunt, horrible.
But well worth it!







Now I need a name... :/

Because, well, GreenLantern, HalJordan, Hulk and BruceBanner are all reserved.
EDIT: Nvm, I just called him Orion. i was thinking, what else is green, what else... and only thing i could think of was Orion slave girls.
It also fits well with my theme of namig pets after stars or constellations, when I'm not calling them LeonardNimoy.

Congrats on your Big Green! I love that you have a screenshot of the 'taming fwoosh'. For me, there's just something about that 'fwoosh' that just makes me squee. It's just such a gorgeous statement of 'YOU DID IT!'

That is so true, I adore the FWOOSH! Sadly, I rarely manage to capture it, usually because of the adrenaline.
