I'll be in the midnight line at Future shop. It's only a 15min walk from where I live so, easy. Dressing up as a rogue/ninja (aka black pants/shirt with black bandana mask)

*has a mental image of a very goblin-inspired vehicle, and hopes it's roadworthy*

I did the midnight opening last year and it was really cool. But this year it seems somewhat anti-climactic for me.

I was serious when I said that the Shattering patch really was the expansion for me. Other than a shale spider and some rares I'm not going to see for ages, I've already got everything I want. :)

That's true. I am looking forward to rolling a worgen hunter - although I will be turning my sound off. ;)

I pre-ordered from Amazon. My box is supposed to be here sometime on Tuesday, but I plan to be online when the expansion goes live just to see the fireworks as it were.

My box is coming from Gamestop and I do hope they get it to me on Tuesday. >.< Or else I will not be a happy camper, so no Midnight release for me. XD

I live in Kansas, sometimes I go to the WoW midnight releases at our local Wal-Mart and stand there feeling superior since I'm the only one with teeth.

I work at EB Games, and I'm scheduled to work tomorrow from 10am to 3pm. I think this means our store *isn't* having a midnight release -- probably because our district manager (aka The Pointy Haired Boss) is an idiot.

I don't actually have any WoW clothing, but I'll be bringing my Wyvern plushie to work with me.

Oh well. I'll probably be able to bring home my CE (with employee discount) tomorrow, if I promise my boss I won't actually install it until midnight ;)

I can wait a few more hours. /convinces herself.

1. Eee! Dilbert reference!

2. I won't be at the midnight showing (It's at midnight on a school night. D:).

3. Definitely with Mania. Sure, worgen will be nice, but I'm just not as excited. Being in Beta didn't help, there really aren't that many surprises in the later zones. However, I will give 1-60 (My worgen only got to 24.) some credit. The Badlands quest chain made me cry, for anyone who knows Rhea. I still have her egg.

...RIP.

I was planning on trying to go to the one here is Moscow, but too nervous. 17 year old taking the later metros by herself ON a school night? Not a good idea. So, unfortunately, I'm not going. If my dad was still playing I would have dragged him along, but no... D:

Well, if i'm still playing in the next 2 years I'll go to the midnight releases in the US. ;)

I'm going to the EB Games store in part of town. I already got hand and foot warmers to so I don't get frozen feet.

Oh they better have it. I paid in full for 2 collectors editions, and I will be more then cranky if I get to the counter and get a "Oh we ran out."

The fur will fly, the fur will fly

That does sound awesome - although I can understand why you'd be nervous. Are you coming to the US for college?

Gamestop is pretty much the US version of EB Games (same company), and don't worry, if you prepaid for a CE, they will have it.

My CE -- as well as a huge stack of regular editions -- is patiently waiting for me in the stockroom at work :D

I'm old enough to have dated multiple Babbage's managers. (Plus a Walden Books manager from a Walden Books that - *gasp* existed outside a mall.)
