Hee, I actually did consider at first choosing a King Skorn rare elite Devilsaur somewhere, but then I thought about it some more and realized I probably wouldn't want my favourite pet as a named mob that everyone would tame and name after it, you know? :3

I'd either pick a spirit boar or a spirit owl. The thought of both makes me happy!

The boar would have the Arcturis spirit look to him and all the little animations of the regular boars. His name would be Porky.

The owl would have the Arcturis spirit look to him also, except having a bit more of a solid look to the tips of his feathers. His name would be something wise sounding like Oromis from Eragon or something similar. I would have to think about that.

I'd request a yellow dog model that looks like a labrador. Make it a spirit beast and call it Freya, in remembrance of my old girl who lived to 15.

Mine would have to be a spider, for sure. Perhaps the spiked model, but with a green and black (or dark brown even) variation.

Her name would be Arachnodite (combination of "arachnid" and "Aphrodite"), which is a user name I use on other forums and such, and her title would be <The Arachnid Queen>.

Her location would have to be somewhere verdant and night-elven, maybe on Teldrassil, or close to Nordrassil in Hyjal.

How about.... a tallstrider that looks like the Ravenlord mount?

It could be either level 20-something in the Barrens, or 80+ in Hyjal. I'm pretty horrible at coming up with good names though, so I have no idea what it could be called.

Another option would be a white or black version of Sambas, which has already been suggested in other threads.

hmm...probably the Loque'nahak model but I'd be a dark purple instead of the bright blue.

Loque'nahek with Skoll's skin...or a Sambas lion made out of sand with black and gold armour and glowing purple eyes...or a Devilsaur with Deathwing's armour plating...or a Qiraji Battle Tank with Buru's colours scheme.

A rare spawn spirit stag near the deer herds in Grizzly Hills or Twilight Highlands. It would have a title of <Guardian of the Herd> or something along those lines. Or, a Barrens giraffe model with a different texture that spawns in Uldum with the title <The Wandering One>.

I would like a pitch black Loque model, no spots. And a faint red glowing from his eyes and mouth.
No idea of name, but would want him to be in a kind of far away spot and not a busy area.

Loqu In revers like black with white spots and red glow in a cave in uldam "sphinx"
Loque in Purple with blck spots and green glow netherstrom , or shadowmoon valey (just cause the zones colors) "magistry"
Dark or golden pheonix birdy possibly tameable from instance Sunstar,Nightstar
sambas in darkgray/Black with purple shading roaming the twilligth citdel area "Malificent"
the dawnsaberskin on a saber cat thats ghostly like the ghostabers in silithis to give people a reason to go there (lol)

Ohhhh I would camp that in a heartbeat. If it was black skin with purple spots/highlights I would live off of energy drinks and call in sick until it was mine!

A black fox, that instead of having white markings on it, it'd have pale yellow rings on its forehead, ears, tail and legs (Aaand anyone who plays a certain group of video games would obviously know where I'm going with this.. XD), it'd have red eyes, and would fade numerous times in battle, not to mention when out of combat. She'd be called Ghost Girl, and have the title <The Rug>, and would be a lvl 80 rare spawn in.. ... ........ ...... Um, some zone. When her HP is low, she casts a massive Shadow Ball that one-shots everyone that is in combat with her (Overpowered, but hey.. She's technically meant to be tamed, so it helps avoid her being killed by jerks XD). Along with that, she will sometimes jump onto a player's back, (Doing damage over time and causing them to run around in fear) all the while yelling 'ONWARD MY TRUSTY STEED!!!!!!'. She also has a really REALLY horrible enrage if she's up and in the area when another rare spawn (AKA, a grey and blue Devilsaur, grey and blue rune hound, yellow and blue wolf or orange two-tailed fox) is killed or tamed, who also happen to have the same sort of enrage if she's killed/tamed in the same area as them. The grey/blue rune hound and yellow/blue wolf also fade like she does, though the rune hound doesn't do it as much and is still slightly visable when faded.

Speaking of the grey/blue rune hound... He is Rust, <Slayer of Tails>! No idea on his abilities as of yet (Except for the horrid enrage if he's around when another one of his rare spawn family is killed/tamed), but I'll think of something and will edit later... Though, like Jadefang, he does drop a mini-pet version of himself, which 'meep!''s when clicked on and will pounce on the tails on critters and even Hunter/Warlock pets.

Example of the Rust mini-pet's actions (By none other than Magnakilro <3):

'Emote: "Rust spies an elongated, wagging, evil object protruding from "PetName's" rump. He rushes in to save the day."

Rust yells: MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!'

Yes! We need more armored pets, don't you think? We have boars with armor, but those aren't the only ones needing protection from some nasty enemies methinks.


My rare would probably be a cat, just because I love them. Either something like the ZG tiger mount with the armor and all (minus the saddle), or a ghostly Shango maybe. Actually, I like the armored better. Go with that
Both could spawn in the "ruins" of old ZG, and have the name Aitna'seh/Ait'naseh <Keeper of Times Lost> or something similar, the name Hesantia backwards, just so everyone knows it's me, and the title because of all that time some people spent raiding that instance (not me though, I was first too small since I started some month before BC, and then my main became my draenei)
It would be on a separate timer, since STV gets a pretty good amount of rares in the PTR etc. Not too easy to obtain, but not like Madexx either. Several spawnpoints, but the seat of the old tiger god would be the most frequent.


If I can really stretch this, my other option would be the black or a dark green drake model, maybe even a netherdrake. I don't know where it would spawn, but I guess Blackrock Mountain would be suitable. The name would be similar to the tiger, like Aitnash or something. <The Flame Keeper> would be a nice title, but that feels pretty cliché
Same as tiger with the spawn rate, not too hard, not too easy. Maybe spawn flying near the ceiling, so you have to shoot first to get it down to start the tame.


This was pretty fun

An Emerald Green Armored Dragonhawk who was a neutral mob who flew around eversong woods. He would path from the beach with the murlocs up to the dead forest then over the dead scar and thru the troll village. Then south past the farstrider retreat and then south to the beach past all the mana wyrm and around the cliff, all while flying, and then come back to the murloc beach.

His name would be Skyling, Wanderer of Eversong.

Why is because i love Dragonhawks and I love the color green. And the name well Skyling is a name i use and plus the dragonhawk will be in the air and flying around so Skyling fits him

9 tail fox spirit beast. Would remind me of my Kitsune from Ultima Online.

I want a brighter coloured version of wasp based on the firefly critters(?) found in marshes in Gilneas and Silverpine

It can be found fluttering in Silverpine forest. When idle it will perch on the ground and when clicked it will make cricket sounds.

It should be named with something really cute like Pixie and with cuter title.
