I usually start from the Ramkahen camp and fly counter-clockwise around the western part of the zone - the eastern part has so few spawn points I rarely go there. So far I haven't seen a single statuette, though. :(

Good luck with the camel. I've only ever seen one figurine, fortunately before MMO Champ alerted everyone, but sometime shortly after the first thread appeared on these forums. I got lucky, because it was the correct one.

After that... I'm on my third character questing through Uldum plus my level 80 druid parked out there for herbalism... and I haven't seen another statue of either ID since.

Okay, I'd like to counter my statement from earlier about heroic magister's taking a long time... It's actually a lot more skippable than I recall from beta. You have to clear the stuff in the first boss's room and Kael's room, and the bosses. And the first couple of worms after the first boss (you can pass most of the others). If you keep your pet away for most of the rest of it, you can skip darn near anything else (I get overcautious I guess sometimes). So it's definitely faster than heroic UP now, probably on par with Sethekk. I got my mount tonight with a friend, so good times, good times.

I think I cleared heroic mgt faster than heroic sethekk. and got my hawkstrider a couple of days ago. now if anzu would quit being such a pain in the backside.

i think the only mount i would farm 100 times for is Baron, since its super quick anyways now especially with it being mid-40s.

I'm at 86 right now:

6 PVP mounts (5 class + AV):
---------- 12,000 rep, at least its not that bad of a grind PVPing (since pvp = fun) I'm almost ready to buy one right now.
1 Mammoth in Dal:
---------- 2,000 some badge points or whatever they call them these days, I think i'm around 1600 right now
2 Cammel Mounts:
----------- i'm revered with Ramhakan and done all Uldum quests, so just about 10-13 dungeons to go basically
1 Red Proto Drake
----------- started working on this, maybe 10 heroic achievements left
1 RAF Rocket
----------- in 2 months after my RAF buys more gametime, or in a couple weeks if he gets a gamecard
1 Blue Wind Gryphon
------------ 1600g in Dal. Just waiting till the end to buy it
1 White Polar Bear
------------ after 100+ Brunnhildar dailies, it should drop eventually.... right?
2 TB mounts
------------ might go for 200 for the Drake of Wind, otherwise might just settle for that 150 Spectral Wolf (i think i have about 40-50 marks already so just some time)
------------ Eventually I'll probably get both.

That puts me at 101 without having to farm a 1%'er Who knows maybe i'll get lucky and get a Big Love Rocket next week

Oh do you have the black mammoth from wintergrasp? thats easy to get.

87 now (added the Raptor PVP mount)

I'm going to start grinding Steamvaults to get my Cenarion Expedition rep up for that Hippoglyph. Still no darn luck on the Brunhildar Daily

I keep forgetting to buy that one in Dal, the Blue Gryphon.


Yeah I already have the Black Mammoth from WG, I bought it during the period that it only costed 1000 honor (they changed it to 2000 now) after they switched up how honor was calculated

New update for next patch:

•Goblin characters can now participate in the Argent Tournament via the Orgrimmar delegation.


I have that as a backup if anything else fails Since I generally get only a little time to do dailies, i'll probably just stick to TB until I get those mounts at least. Who knows though

I know I'm happy! I want my Crusader Title back! (Worgen also can do it under the Darnassus flag to start)

91 Mounts now! I bought the Celestial Steed once I realized that you would get it on ALL your characters like those Mini-pets (at first I thought it was only for one character). And then I have gotten a few others.

I'll update OP with more "In the works"

Just keep it up and go for the mounts!
After the achievement you will say that it was easy to get.

I had my problems with the 100 Mounts, too. But now a days I haven't problems to get more mounts =)

you're getting there Royi....I'm at 94 and my best bet looks to go back to grinding argent tournament now that I'm exalted with all of the cata reps.

I've got 121 Mounts atm. Some are hard to get (or you have to be lucky), others are very easy.

oh definitely go for the spectral wolf first! i am alliance and so jealous. it's really one of the best looking, if not THE best looking ground mounts.

all we get is a knockoff of sparkle pony (which i already have) and the drake has a booger color scheme. terrible.

also don't get me started on the white polar bear. i did that daily every single day starting the first week that wrath came out all the way until a month before cata came out...no mount. i finally gave up but i might go back eventually, sigh.

what is really weird, I have gotten the White polar bear on my other 3 80s. First one took 3 weeks I believe, 2nd one was either the 5th or 6th daily, 3rd toon was the 3rd daily.

On the brightside I've gotten 4 Green Proto Drakes since the patch where the timer went down to 3 days.

I would gladly trade 3 Green Proto's for 1 White Polar bear.

Yeah I don't know if I'm too keen on that dragon mount for 200, Spectral Wolf looks pretty and shiney for a ground mount and I'll be able to get that within a week if I did the dailies each day.
