But yes the northrend wolfs still flods the streets.

I rarely see the worg model anywhere, shame, cause the pure black one with its cold silver eyes, the unique skinned couple and the pure white ones are quite impressive when you look at them. They do look a bit stiff and run is funky but they do indeed look like though fellas that wont back down easy.

Btw when i think about it, Blighthounds arent to often seen on my realm either.
The worg models do have some really pretty coat colorations. But, like others here, I really hate the way the actual models look, with their slow, awkward run, their big, stiff heads, and their muzzles that just look plain wrong.

I do, however, love Old World wolves. 3 out of 4 of my hunters have wolves. Wolves, wolves, wolves ~ who cares about their ability, look at the way they run!~<3
Adorable. So, yes, I would have one.

One of my first pets was a wolf and we ran around for ages together. Then I decided I didn't like all that scratching, so I moved onto Timber http://www.wow-petopia.com/html/mobs/mob_timber.html, but his weird run and stiff looks just was not for me. After that I stayed off wolves for the longest time. After reading about the dps I decided to try one for a bit, that's when I got Ironjaw, just to see if it did make a difference. I think it did, but mostly I realised that I had missed my old wolf a lot, so I kept him and take him out on raids. He loves it. I have a lot of "favourite" pets and take them out for fresh air and exercise regularly so they don't get fat and lazy.

I had Timber, the white rare from dun morgh for a while. I believe he's the only true white wolf out there. The rest have a good amount of grey to them. Then I went with Ironjaw from Outland. He's absolutely beautiful because of his red/grey coloring, but within a week of getting him, I saw over a dozen other hunters with him. (It's all about the uniquness for me) So now I have a wolf from Mulgure because he barks when you click on him and he looks almost exactly the same as my RL dog lucy.

I hate the worg models from Northrend. That spiky hair on their necks just doesn't look right to me.

Well, I ended up taming a reddish-brown wolf from Blades Edge Mountains. I don't think it was the model so much that bothered me, but the grey color of my last wolf... because I'm really loving this guy right now <3 And since their family skill benefits me the most, I might as well stick with the wolfies.

Gratz on the tame. Good thing is if you end up not liking the color, it;s easy enough to tame another. Especially if you do it before they really start to level.

Nice tame ^^

I really can't get into wolves, at least on Taigi or Silinrul. I tried taming one of the plagued wolves in Sil, but just couldn't get into using him. He just wasn't exciting! I much more prefer the personalities of my red hyena or my devilsaur; even my spirit beast has more spunk than the wolf did.
