Out of the beasts you've given us Kryte, i'm going to go with the Sewer Beast. Heck, i've had the Sewer Beast two times now? and i've probaably seen it five or six times, the 1t time it got killed mid-tame, the next time i tamed it but then released for a better tank (before Thunderstomp was Tenacity ability) then i had to retame my crocolisk. I've seen a wild Sewer Beast before, while i had one but it didn't come to mind to ask any hunters if they wanted to tame, and i once found a dead one when i was looking for a retame. The guy that killed it saw me, and instantly apologized to me, but i didn't mind. He beat me to it, and i can look for it whenever as all i was doing was just running around SW pressing '8' for my /tar sewer macro.

Although i've never seen that carrion bird in Westfall, i don't think it would all that hard to tame even with DM boosts and groups. New players probably wouldn't understand what was going on while you were taming, and if it was a boost, a high level player i don't think would jump in and kill mid-tame as they would probably just want there 10g for boosting...but saying that a play did jump in and steal the life of the first Sewer Beast i ever laid eyes on, but he obviously had lots of spare time as he then went around SW, chanting his macros on how he's going to make SW safe...

True, Vultros is probably a lot less likely to be killed mid-tame than is the Sewer Beast. Even so, though, 5 years with one sighting in a zone that I frequently pass through is still pretty slim.
