I'll think of something, to make a neutral race playble in the least, theres also some races I know exsit in lore but not the actual game that could be playable like the pandern

I wouldn't use anything that doesn't actually exist in the game, in my opinion. I can't imagine how our characters would react to pandaren because the only ones I know of in game are the mini-pets, and those don't really count in an RP. That's just my thoughts. If the others are okay with it, then it's fine by me.

Yeah, Pandaran I'm not so sure about. They don't even exist in Azeroth and as far as I know their status is next to mythical in many Azerothian opinions. For example, a little boy wanders around Stormwind with his fishing buddies and one of his quotes is him telling his friends about Pandarans and insisting that people have seen them. If you're going to go with a neutral race I'd advise going with something that's in-game for the sake of it being easier to accept in our character's eyes.

If you play a pandaren I'll most likely ignore you, too. They're more of an in-joke than an actual race.
Just write up what you want to play and post in the Sign-in thread, and wait for an approval. Something like a naga is KOS for alliance and horde alike, and I doubt anyone but a night elf would welcome a furbolg.

Aw, no need to be hard on yourself for asking a question. The thread hasn't been made yet, so don't worry too much. You still have time to think something up.
You said you wanted to play a neutral race because of creativity, right? Something I've noticed in roleplay, though, is that you can have an average Joe for a character and still make them out to be creative. They don't have to look or be special to get noticed or be considered creative - you want to focus on quirks and their behavior. Your character could be Blurg the Peon. Blurg the Peon talks in third person, has a pet pig named Matilda and a club he refers to as Mr. Smashy. And there you go - nothing outwardly special about this guy, but he's still somewhat interesting because of these wacky quirks of his.
Maybe take a good second look at your characters and see if you can notice anything about them. A pet, a weapon, even the way you think they speak. If anything about that toon jumps out at you, maybe try and think up what connects that toon to that characteristic and see if you can expand on that.
Hope you come up with something. The more roleplayers the merrier. <3

Agreed with Kamalia.

Double agreed with Kam!
My druid is just a night elf. She was raised by Winterspring Tiger Trainers, which didn't mean much for her career except that she didn't get any druid training. She just happened to be a natural at shapeshifting though, so gained a rather unique-looking cat form - A winterspring tiger - just by observing cats for a long time. (Some people can actually do that in Lore! Natural druids.)
Nothing special there, but she manages to be unique. :->

Aye, also agreed. The character is hardly ever interesting because he's half-orc half-furbolg, or is the secret lovechild of Jaina and Varian who grew up in a castle in Durotar being raised by half-ogre half-orcs. He's a fun and interesting guy because YOU make him that way!
In TotH I have a high elf death knight who's sad, insecure and overall emo, but can hide her feelings pretty well after years of experience doing so. I also have an omnicidal gnomish warlock. I think both are pretty good characters, and neither is very special in terms of race-class-history. I build on their stories with side characters like Korwen, a human rogue who had a crush on my death knight before she got killed, raised, and then went on a killing spree. Now he's after her head. See how I build ordinary, nonspecial characters into fairly engaging people?

Only person guilty of taking things that make them "SPESHUL" here is me with Kozri. And even then I try not to make it that obvious. He doesn't run around in drake form. He doesn't overpower the others (Sat and Faron have screwed with him quite a few times.) and generally he's not that bad. But he's still a dragon, which tends to be a red flag.
A better example would be Azu. Just an ordinary feral druid. She's a bit nutty, protective of her friends, naive and trusting, and in general is just a bubbly, easily fooled kitty. Nothing too special about her.

I have no room to talk about ordinary with Indi...she's got a pretty unusual story and background. >_>
But, if Alarial had a backstory, she's just a priest of Elune, and Rose is a bounty hunter who killed her own parents. I'm hoping others will find Valnara as amusing as I do once I get to introduce her. ^_^

This could totally boil down into whose char breaks the most rules fight. xD
Just being silly. *still thinks Indi is awesome and well-played.*

I think Indi breaks like every RP rule ever. >_>

Not quite yet! She isn't Varian's and Thrall's secret child!

Haha, no. I could break a rule by saying she got her revenge on the Lich King though. That would be the straw that breaks the camel's back!

That would be pushing it, true. I hinted at Sat playing a part in his defeat in the introduction post, but really, that could have been any king. Feel free to hint at it, but outright saying that she was there when he was killed? Sorry, that's a bit much. :/

If it helps at all, I tend to find my characters more fun to play if something about their apearance is strange, or they have some sort of handicap. For instance, one of my druids has a maimed leg that gets pretty painful if he tries to do too much. He's reclusive, restless and short tempered because of it.
My old favorite - another druid - was blind, but mostly because his eyes had been clawed out by an angry drake after he had killed a dragon whelp while on his rights of passage. He was very calm and accepting, although his closest friend knew how much being blind could depress him at times after having the chance to see how pretty the world was.
And no, Indi doesn't break EVERY rule. She doesn't turn into Marrowgar and BOOONESTOORRRMMM people.

I know. =P I was teasing about it since we were discussing characters that outright break the rules. I'm pretty sure Indi's character, even without mentioning killing the Lich King, breaks many rules.
I'll leave the Lich King's death as mentioned in TotH, something she regrets she couldn't be there for, but is glad it at least happened. Since RP wise she couldn't have been there to kill the Lich King and use the KS title, I've found a new title I think is appropriate for her. Elder Indigosa.

Also, Indi -was- a dragon. Kozri -is- a dragon. HUGE difference.
And hinting at stuff is always fun. Especially when people jump to insane conclusions. Or stereotypical ones and you get to say, "Nope. I mean this."
Azu used the Noble for a while, though I normally have her use Ambassador or Of the Nightfall. Kozri isn't actually in game in human form, just in his drake form as Azu's mount. I rarely RP him there. TotH was first chance I've developed Koz.

I <3 Koz. ^_^
So how does raiding work for in-game RPing if you can't say you went there and killed the baddies?
