I'm really sorry to hear that Dara =( and yeah, the whole changing servers may not have helped this case =( But I know what you mean about quick GM's! My approx ticket time was 5 hours 56 minutes, got back to me within 10 minutes =) It seems strange though, since my GM probably looked through every pet I'd ever owned to get to Exedra, since I couldn't remember her name =s GM's work in mysterious ways, methinks.
