I love that Pic Sat. The actresses story is pretty sweet too, one of those "one in a million" shots for the part. She was a die-hard harry potter fan and particularly loved that character and sent in a video tape or something.

But yeah thats a funny internet pic. Oh I would love to see a Hobbit film sometime before the great thesbian Ian McKellan bites the dust... thats for sure.

Making rings! I'm putting sculpted finger bones on each ring, and I'm making one ring for every segment of every finger, so I can have skeleton hands. :-D Because how amazing would it be to put your hand on someone's shoulder with skeleton rings? They'd freak!

I'm among the 20 left for an illustration internship in the States, where I can paint what I love most, birds! I know it's still me against another 18 candidates, but from not hearing from them at all to now a little bit of good news makes me happy after months of sending out job applications and places not interested, or don't have the budget to open up a space :-s

Not real bones, I'm afraid. I don't have any finger bones. :-( I'm making them out of clay. If I could get my hands on real finger bones, though, I'd be ecstatic.
I still want to make something out of the dear bones I have laying around. Maybe carve the leg and make it into a hilt.

You should get some real bones. That would be awesome.

I'd buy a bunch of bracelets from you.

Maybe see if you can buy some at the coroner's? Or go to a graveyard/burial ground.

Road kill? :-P
That's how my nature teacher got bones to show the class, anyway. He'd find intact road kill (not crushed) and cut it up, then boil the non-bone stuff off and clean up the bones.

Oh, not human bones? :(
That reminds me, in Biology we have a bunch of human skeletons. Maybe you could buy something like that?

I just recieved my Easter presents from my brother. The goof picked me up, of all things, a plush vampire easter bunny. Named Count Chokula. I kid you not. He's even garbed in the classic Bela Lugosi style Count Dracula suit. This thing is amazing and, by far, the strangest Easter present I have recieved. XD

And oh the descrition written on the back of the package. I must quote it for you, as we have not seen such literary work since the original translation for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Grammar and spelling is exactly as written on the box. *Ahem*

From the Castle of Count Chokula
The Vampire Bunny is here!

On the dark cold outskirts of a small country village known as Chocmania, Cound Chokula lurks though the shadowed halls of his dark chocolate castle. He lays brooding in his milk chocolate coffin wailing for Easter each year so that he can sink his teeth into his favourite threat: A delicious Milk Cholotate Egg!

And now the time has come, and Easter is here, for Count Chokula to go forth in the night and devour as many Milk Chocolate Eggs as he can.

You are now Count Chokulas Custodion and with this new job he gives you a Chocolate Egg gift for taking the task.

Have fun with Count Chokula and enjoy...
If you can...
What is a rabbit? A miserable little pile of chocolate.

Getting shit done makes me happy... I'm almost done with my take home test AND a powerpoint presentation for the same class, both on Monday. After I finish the test [writing a big huge paper ftl] and my damned lab notebook I can just do straight up studying. I mean... studying sucks too but I need to get this done first.

Soooo yeah! Things are getting done and I can go home Friday. :3

I just found out that my canine teeth are sharp enough to pierce metal. For some reason this makes me happy.
