Re: [[Kraai's Mountain o' Mounts!]] - FOOLISH MORTALS
Yep. Happens to the best of us.
Happened multiple times with Vyragosa too. Sat on frozen lake, inched ever so slightly closer to the edge, dead Vyra just out of range on the Ulduar path.
A fun place to chat about hunter pets in the World of Warcraft.

You can kind of see it in the Onyxia screenshot but I finished my grail Transmog set back from when I was a Blood Elf.
I could never get the shoulders to drop off Ragnaros again after one of my ex-GM's took them and the helm token for himself despite having his 4 set already.
((He was a douche.))
You can kind of tell it was made to revolve around the shape of a female elf - The shoulders rest kind of oddly on the human model but it looks fine in worgen form.
It's an awesome contrast to see /that/ turn into worgen form in combat.
"hello i look like a paladin O NO YOU DIDN'T"
I will most likely be remaking this set a 2nd time as well on my baby warrior once she's 85.
2nd Tabard of Flame? Worth it.
In other words I tried getting both GIMP and WoW Model Viewer going to make myself a signature.
Both programs just crash upon trying to do anything.
I give up.
Heroic Warmaster went down today.
One shot.
It was my first time doing the fight.
.....
6/8H now personally despite working on spine with this guild for I think...2 lockouts now?
C'mon die already!
I needed to learn how to simmer and sear before we could roll.
awwyeah.
Finished the ICC-10 Meta today in a single sweep placing me at mount 165.
Too lazy to take a screenshot though.
We were prepared.
I sat on Madness for the first time in months.
If I didn't kill it - It's because I didn't raid at all that week.
I sat because I didn't need any of the gear.
The mount dropped.
I called it too - It would drop because I wasn't there.
This is the first time this entire EXPANSION I could have seen a Cataclsym mount drop and I missed it for the most stupid reason.
I wouldn't be so freakin' upset if it weren't for the fact that I had joined a pug 5 minutes later to clear my lockout and they wiped on the first plate on Normal Spine.
I'm the only person I know who raids weekly that hasn't seen it in the loot window once now.
I wouldn't have cared if it lost it.
I just wanted to see something drop for once.
Man that's unfair. :/ We're all bound for some shitty luck at some point when it comes to mount hunting though!
Edit: DERP. EDITED THE WRONG POST. xD
It happens.
A few of the guys have been making fun of me for it - And I'm making fun of myself.
It happens. I'll just keep going and I'll go back to get it until it drops.
I know how you feel in a similar way. A few months ago I camped... and camped... and camped for Time Lost, almost non-stop apart from to sleep and, when the holiday I started the camp in was over, to go to college. I saw over 20 Vyragosa spawns, killed a lot of them myself. The very evening I pick myself up and fly away from the Frozen Lake camp spot to go and do something else in Dalaran because I'd decided I needed at least a few days break... he spawned on that very spot.
Not to mention a while ago, on a character I don't play anymore either, I was camping Aeonaxx. Granted it had only been a few days but my boyfriend convinced me to come and get some lunch. He made me some lovely french toast (♥) and as we were heading back upstairs he said to me, "Lol it would be funny if Aeonaxx had spawned and you'd missed it." Clearly it was meant as a joke but I didn't find seeing Aeonaxx on NPC Scan from twenty minutes ago very funny. Both alerts too, meaning he had already been caught. I beat myself up about that for hours.
Shit happens to the best of us. Don't let it get you down. Just have fun with your other fifty million mounts until you get it. (;
AHAHAHHAA OH WOW

How many runs, if I may ask?
DBM reset with my new computer and I didn't keep track.
Not nearly as long as Stonecore though - by a milestone.
Didn't even feel burnt out.
