Looks like the hydra is out of the bag on this one . Not sure if I'd go for pure white (so glowy!) or purple (looks like velvet). Not really into the Outland ones. Unless there's a new model coming.

I've still got my heart set on the black and orange one (which should be interesting to tame since Alcaz Island is phased for me, but I think I can still kite some into unphased water somehow), but if we get any new skins I might have to reconsider.

Day 1: Hydras become tamable.

Day 1, 15m in: Gesharahan becomes the most-camped mob in game.

Might tame one bound to never use it XD I wonder will they be normal or exotic? Hopefully normal.

Me, I've coveted both the black Outland hydra and the white oldworld one for a reaaaally long time.



As for reg/exotic... I'm leaning toward exotic just because it's 'a hair short of a pet dragon' but... honestly, it could go either way. Probably, it'll come down to what the devs want their special to be, since dps specials are the specific purview of the Exotic family.

Thanks Nacht! I might take you up on that if they're still the only black ones by the time WoD is released.

Poor Gesharahan and Trigore, I agree they're certainly going to be camped. I'm also interested to see if Chimaeron will be included in the family or not.

The black one is on my short list, as is the green, but I'm currently leaning toward the grey from Noah's pic

Hydras, why'd it have to be hydras! Maybe I'll give MoD/WoW another look in the near future.

Wow, it's still phased??? It's definitely no longer phased for me. I thought they'd fixed it for everyone

Oh wow, finally! I'm not terribly fond of Hydras, to be honest- but I still might snag myself a Purple Outlands one. ...Or I might jump on the popular train and get Gesharahan.
