Tamed on Horde without a problem!

My best friend came to be my bodyguard but the gryphon master went down so fast it was hardly necessary!



There's other hunters showing up as I speak, I guess we just beat the rush.

We're hanging around for a bit out of curiosity so if I get an idea of a respawn timer I'll let everyone know!

The feather just respawned...so the spawn timer is less than half an hour with this feather so far!

It was a pretty big feather. I wonder how we all missed it till now... lol

I was wondering that too. But then again, I didn't think it'd be IN a big city cause... how did we miss it??? lol

Awesome find!

Managed to fly from Kara on my horde and snag one before the Alliance even noticed me.

Now.. I wonder if Gon is in Orgrimmar to balance it out... or another horde town.

Yeah for some reason the thing on WoWhead even listed the npc as having "imp/grell" sound files lol

Yeah, had no problem since only ally there by FP was a afk warrior after tame i leaped into water and mounted up.

I wonder if you need to be 110 to see the feather. Been waiting here for a while and nothing yet.

First tame on my server ~30 mins ago. Here is a pic of it

I'm not sure. Someone else reported that they saw their feather respawn in ~30 mins. However, it has not respawned for me yet and it's been well over 30 minutes (and the other posters I did not see when they tamed, so my guess is we're all different realms/CRZs however that thing works lol). So it may vary between timers.

keep searching for other points. SW couldn't be the only spawn point..

So yeah, seems like you need to be 110 to see the feather. Not 100% sure but i'm currently on a dead realm and have been waiting a while, an nothing.

I'm pretty sure now an egg is how Gon is spawned. But I feel like he may not be in Orgrimmar. It would make sense if it were the Spectral Wyvern that was in Orgrimmar, if the Gryphon is in SW. But... I mean it couldn't hurt to look!

I plan to go hunt for that now, just to see if we can solve both mysteries in a day

I am checking the starter areas for the Trolls now...if I remember there were lots of baby raptors and eggs on those islands...but if you need to be 110 I might not see it as my Horde hunter is only 100

Wish I could play so i could go get this guy but alas, computer is still too busted up. v.v Grats to everyone who got it though!

Maybe check the areas around the troll mount vendor or the big stable in org when looking for Gon's egg? (or perhaps ZG?)
