Taming one of the red core hounds (I tamed The Beast in UBRS on my main) is pretty epic, and hugely satisfying when you finally manage it

It feels so much more unique than the green ones...

I've heared from a good source (my boyfriend) that they are removing MC in Cataclysm. Wich means you wont be able to tame those anymore.

The main reason i am posting here though is to tell you all i havent bin online must and i probably wont be for a while.
I got a killer back pain atm and i cant sit, stand, bend, lift or anything that involves normal functioning.
I also cant take anymore pain meds because my body is starting to become allergic for it. The little time i do manage to be behind my desk i spend mostly doing daily's on my main hunter.

There's a lot of speculation on that subject at the moment.

Here are the facts:

• Ragnaros is coming back.
• Blackrock Mountain is being revamped.
• There will be a new BWL-inspired raid: Blackwing Descent.
• "After being defeated in Molten Core, Ragnaros has been banished back to the Elemental Plane. He will be featured in the next expansion, World of Warcraft: Cataclysm where he'll be located at his home of Sulfuron Keep. He and his armies will be launching an all-out assault on Mount Hyjal, attempting to burn the now-regrowing World Tree."

We don't know for sure what Blizzard intends to do with Molten Core. They could leave it for posterity and just have Rag return in a new instance in addition to remaining in MC (see: Kael'thas, Anub) or they could kill the original MC in favor of a new MC (see: Onyxia). Signs point to the latter not happening, since Rag's coming back in Hyjal, a completely different location.

Based on what Blizzard's chosen to do before, I don't see anything ever being completely removed from the game. All raids will either be updated or outdated, but none are likely to be completely removed from the game.

Oh....and regardless of what Blizz does with the original Molten Core, I find it VERY unlikely that we won't get lots of new red corehounds somewhere, perhaps in the revamped BRM.

Some of is had some fun today, as we decided to raid Molten Core. The raid composed of:
1 Warrior
1 Druid
3 Petopian Hunters
A bunch of non-petopian hunters.

Me and Sili came for the achiev, since if they do revamp/remove MC in Cata, the achiev will likely turn into a feat. Praf came for a Core Hound, which she got in the end, despite almost getting killed the first time, the Druid pulling aggro with a HoT, thus interrupting the tame and causing the warrior to claim that he knew Hunters better than the rest of us, since "heals cancel taming". The third attempt was foiled by my Gondria bugging and firing off a Moonfire, which almost got the Druid kicked too. The final attempt was successful, with the hunters misdirecting onto Praf, the Druid could get to heal. The strategy I had claimed would be neccessary turned out to actually work. In your face, little warrior.

Anyhow, we ended up killing Rag. Sadly, the other bastards wouldn't help me carry the loot back, and the hammer was a bit too large for my hearthstone. We lost out on a great amount of fun, watching the mages struggle to keep their city flying. Ah well.

Also, we'll be running for Leeroy tomorrow, 18:00 servertime! Don't forget to sign up!

Yes and it was a blast!

But I managed to snag one screenie at the end. Horrible one at that since me and Saturo are both blocked (me by our Tauren Warrior and Saturo by the Resto Druid) but you can get a clear look at Prafs brand new Corehound!

In order of appearance: Praf and her Corehound, Morowa (ze White bear) and me and last but not least Saturo with her lazor kitten (Gondria).

Oh yeah I almost forgot to say to ya Saturo that I mii-ight be a little late to da Leeroy but I'll try to manage to being on time.

Leeroy was fun! We all got the achiev, and had some fun wiping too.

I'll post some screenies of the Leeroy event we had when I get home! Was too friking tired afterwards...thought I should have taken some when we were...bored. I blame the shinies for distracting me.

80; priest (holy/disc) druid (resto/doomkin) hunter (MM/BM) pala (prot/reti)
and leveling another resto only druid that in the last 3 days i got to 57 D: mind numbing
the pala is on another account atm im saving money as im moving to belguim soon so pick which you need most then ill try move it i cant make that much of a promise cas a top guild on my realm is trying to get me and my boyfriend to join (even though they are hardcore to >.>)
so get back to meh when ya want my hunters the only geared one as then end of ulduar she became my main D:

lol well one of them did but her BF rather talk to them then her like they dont even do dailies together! like even me and my bf do dailies on his alts together
and most the people in teh guild atm were to in love with wow to actually bother to go to college so got kicked out ... >.>
my guild use to be about having fun and progress like we use to mess about in raids like go in lolgear (i went to a feastergut with the hunter D1 once)

- Lysara wasn't with us at the moment. These are after the succesful Jenkins that took about two deaths of too much Leeroying and Saturo's wormy hogging all the whelps. Safri on the succesful try got killed, me and Saturo proceeded to mourn the loss.
Anyway after a long moment of Subira being fooled by a certain jellognome that she was an engineer and suddenly staring that the body was dead in the air, she ran back in the end. After running (and restoring Saturo's rank) the hallway to Nefarian's little playground to kill Rend, Safri takes a small break.
Theres more than three!
-Then suddenly Lysara on Gorgthol pops in! A quick run to the summoning stone and doing cheers at the awesome pet! Safri came back and we did the achievement with Gorg. After a epic battle of freezing a rat with traps and playing around with Eye of The beast, we killed Rend.
Oh and I ninjaed the polearm.

Ohohoho I think the last one speaks for itself. I even dispayed the chat so you can understand WHAT the HECK is going on!
Alot of strange stuff happened after the wipe. Like the shinies, hitting Saturo with flares and random minipet moment (and us all kneeling before the great P.Dawg) and wondering why is there no worship emote.
