I'm hoping that they'll do a color-change (or maybe add a color) on one of the stags so we can get that grey-purple one. Not because I need it mor than other colors, but because I'm a completionist.

Likewise, I hope they add/color change a hydra to be the golden yellow one, so we can tame that last remaining hydra skin.

Just watched the third instalment of 'Lords of War' and my god...I have to tame a frost wolf. Seeing that the frostwolf was loyal to the end, fighting the Garn (the name for the black wolves in Draenor) off and paying for his loyalty with death ;-; poor Stormhowl...

I just watched it too and it was my favorite by far. Makes me love Durotan and the frostwolves even more... Very sad story.

Definitely will be taming my own frostwolf come live, and I can't wait to get exalted with the Frostwolves faction. Alli can get an armored frostwolf mount too through a stables achievement, so frostwolves for everyone? xD

Just curious, I did notice that the Void Wolves in this area that patrol with the orcs have a pretty dam cool purple graphic/aura effect that emanates off them. When you tame Gara she has the same effect right? Couldn't really see it in screen shots posted but them sometimes it's hard to tell. Would be a shame if she didn't, from memory it looked awesome.

Sadly she doesn't. She has that rippling effect on her fur (I'm sure theres some videos on Youtube showing it) but not the cool shadowy aura.

I know this doesn't necessarily mean anything, but it does prove these are in Draenor. (I was under the impression it was speculation up to this point)

It is found around the ring of blood area in nagrand, I pulled it out to get it away from other mobs. Currently flagged as humanoid which is obviously a mislabel.

Ugh, i want them as a pet SO bad. I hope them being on draenor increases their chances of being made tamable, ever so slightly.. Maybe if we end up getting farahlon, at least.

You and me both. I just need those and Stagadons/Thunderlizards and my dinosaur stable would be complete.

Zhevra's are equines, not stags. So that's unlikely.

Oh that's cool that pterodactyls will appear on Draenor. Be great if they added a few recolours to differentiate them from the Azeroth ones, like they did with the tigers. There's still the removed purple skin they could use for starters

Why can't us hunters control 2 pets at once? Perhaps if they weren't exotic? Then I could be the stag master! Mwahahahahahaaaa!

And yep they're pets. Not guardians or minions... pets. In game precedence is all I'm saying...

Now Blizzard teasing...first it was that hydra with the title of "the untameable" (not so untameable now! HA!) and now this...come on blizzard. Even if they have to be the same pet or same family, and we pick one family to master perhaps (so we can summon two of them) then do some damage reduction of each pet do it's level and there! You've got a load of happy hunters

Let's start with Pterrorwings/Pterrordax, like the ones pictured above. Hell, you could just slot them into the bird or bat families and call it a day.

I thought he meant stuff from existing families that isn't flagged yet. But it can't hurt to fly your flag for pterodactyls At least now they've been spotted on Draenor they have a greater chance than before!

There are GOBS of pets that are in tameable families that aren't flagged as tameable. Did you need help with that?
