Pokebeach I think has a list and confirmed and rumored English name for the rest of the Unova pokemon.
http://pokebeach.com/2011/01/more-engli ... names-list
From this list (Although I don't think all are confirmed), the Musketeer Trio appear to be keeping their names... Cept for Cobalon who got an 'i' shoved in there to match the other two I guess. XD (Virizion and Terrakion)

WHICH MAKES ME SAD ;____; I don't care if it matchs the other two.. It sounds fail! D: *Is gonna call her Cobalon, well.. Cobalon, because she's used to it and it sounds better*
WHY YES, for once my Legendaries keep their species names. This is like.. Unheard of for me. ALL my Legendaries, no matter what, have actual names. Why are these three different..? Well, in the RP here on the forums, I ended up having this Trio (Quartet, really, since I included Keldeo <3) as characters.. And for some odd reason, I decided to not give them names. Mostly cause I couldn't think of anything good.. But the fact that their species names are awesome might have had something to do with it. .. That and it makes sense for them, since nicknames seem to be a very.. Human-like thing for Pokemon to do. These four aren't exactly fond of humans.. Sooo.. It goes well with them.

I personally like most of the names here. Okay, some of them are a little derp (I'm looking at youuuuuu Cokeldurr) but overall they're not too bad.
I uh, I've also been doing a Nuzlocke run on my Firered. I'm up to the poison badge, and a few beloved members have passed on. *Mourns Lyre the Raticate*
It's actually been a lot of fun, as most of my team is made of pokemon I wouldn't have considered before... And a few I would, but that's beside the point.
Also, replaying though red always makes me smile. I spent so many hours playing the original, it seems fitting my first nuzlocke be with the remake.
My current team is:
Rale the Venusaur, level 35. Decided to go with bulbasaur ro commemmorate my first play through of Red. Rale continues to be my go-to pokemon.
Leader the Fearow, level 35. I'm surprised how long this guy has lasted for. Caught him not long after defeating Brock and he's been on my team ever since.
Oryk the Arbok, level 35. I can't believe how much I love this guy. He started off as a throw away pokemon and quickly became one of my heavy hitters.
Gaven the Arcanine, level 35. And for once, a Growlithe didn't end combat by using roar. >.>
Tibia the Marowak, level 35. A couple of repels and a lot of luck got me this girl. She was still the first I saw in the tower, so hush!
and Malyx the Dratini, level 21. She's the latest addition to my team. <3
Those who have passed on:
Max the Mankey, killed by my rival's Charmander. *shakes fist at Blue*
Lyre the Ratticate, killed by a very lucky wild Geodude. D:
Valker the Jolteon, killed by an exploding Koffing
Chime the Meowth, killed by another exploding Koffing *shakes fist at Team Rocket*
And Kyris the Horsea, killed by a wild fearow while training him.

The majority of the dub names either had me going WTF?! out loud or making me facepalm multiple times. Most of these are... yeah. Wooguru/Wargle's dub name makes me go O_o the most out of all of them.

I wonder how they got the name Audino (Tabunne's new name)? It looks more like a human name than a Pokémon name to me. How unusual. I wonder if it means/is a reference to anything?
And also. March 4th. Why aren't you getting here sooner? >:(
Seeing how my first playthrough team has been planned out, I suppose all I can do is think of names for the Nuzlocke run I'll be doing. So far I've got:
Prosciutto the Tepig
Alfalfa the Pansage
and Cashew the Patrat
I'm like 100% - 90% certain I'll have these guys on my team at one point so I might as well. Food theme wheeeeeeeee

Why? Wargle is "war" and "eagle" put together. Braviary is "bravery" and "aviary". Both are words put together. Sure, Wargle does sound better.. But I don't see anything wrong with its dub name. If anything, Wargle is JUST AS BAD as Braviary. Both are two words put together.
Honestly, I don't see why people are getting up stinkin' up in arms over the damn dub names! We've gotten worse. I mean.. There have been quite a few worse dub names. Persian? Yeaaaaaaah... Not exactly CREATIVE. In all honesty, practically EVERY SINGLE DAMN NAME is just a combonations of different words. This generation is no different. I'd really appreciate it if people would stop being hypocrites and realize that all the generations (Even their OH-SO-EFFING-PRECIOUS-HOLIER-THAN-THOU-1ST-GENERATION) had the same style of names. Nothing has changed. Get it through your goddamn heads.

Always remember the English names usually are puns of what the Pokemon is based off of. Even the Japanese names tend to be based off of or puns of what they are. As Senna pointed out, it's being going on since the first generation. Although they may seems silly now, people will get used to it eventually.

Audino, I think is just Audio with an N thrown in, since this pokemon is much like a jigglypuff in that it uses alot of vocal type abilities.
Everyone's entitled to an opinion and to voice their opinions. Just so long as they dont try to force thier opinions on others its ok.
I cant say I am overly impressed with these new names, but like other previouse generations, I will get use to them and after seeing thier names over and over and over again during playthrough they will become as normal to me as other pokemon gen names are. After being use to readying the japanese names for the past while, it will take some time to get use to the new names. however, the great thing about the pokemon games is that you can name your pokemon whatever you want to name it
Some of the names I have no clue how to pronounce, but, I am sure I'll learn in no time.
(Any canadians try to get the toys R us pikachu event yet? its on in the USA but my local store doesnt have it yet)

... Don't quote me if you're going to bite my head off, please. Usually I'm /okay/ with the translated names. Usually I /prefer/ them to the original Japanese names. I personally /disliked/ Wargle and preferred Wooguru, which is why I used it, too. Sometimes, I don't even know why I'm still in this fandom and now I know why I never posted in this thread before now. *throws her arms up in defeat and stalks off*

I think a lot of the names they come up with sound stupid. Some sound good, and a select few names sound really great/match their pokemon very well.

's okay, it was my stupid fault for it. I just don't want anymore attention drawn to this, especially not after I've finally started becoming comfortable here on this site. I've apologized to her in a PM, and I'd rather this not get out of hand because how much of a moron I am. :/ Can't let the thread be derailed now, can we?

It's part of the Nuzlocke Challenge, they don't actually die in game. Basically, once your pokemon get fainted in combat, you release it. Adds to the challenge of the game.

Oh neat, just another thing to "add challenge" to it right?
I played both Pokemon Red and Blue, anything beyond that is over my head with this game

I am now the owner of three sets of the shiny legend trio! I couldn't wait for Suicune. Definatly going to be a help in my Soul Silver game against Clair. I hate that woman sooo much sometimes.
But yeah, I got them all! And I preordered both White and Black so I'm going to get em both and yaaaay.
Also, my Aeris is complete. I said so before but she had a few levels. She's now 100 with her moveset <3.

I'll shut up about the pikachu now...Canada doesnt get the event till the 9th...damn it!
So almost alsmot done with my pokemon, almost ready to take on chellanges, just getting the last moves learned through the lv-up, tM's taught, though I discovered I'll have to redo duskull, since there's only a certain way to get some moves for it, but I should be done that pretty quick.
Once I transfer over the last 6pkmn from my emerald, I can reset it and going to give that Nuzlok chellange a try

Cartoon Network will be airing the 13th Pokemon Movie with Zoroark tomorrow. (I know the movie has a name I just can't remember it.)
Since I have nothing to do tomorrow I'll probably watch it.

It's kinda challenging, pretty sure you can't store pokemon in the PC for later, or use healing items on them either; I think there's heavy restrictions towards what you catch as well, like the first of each ones you see when you get to a new area. x3

Trying it on my Diamond. So far we nearly were defeated by a level 5 Starly. >.>; Grindgrindgrind.
A new area is like this right? Route 113 and Route 114 are two different areas. Yes?
