Wasnt sure where to put this as i couldnt locate a thread on the Mounting Made Easy quest. So if it needs to be moved im fine with that (sorry mods).

So i have a level 120 Mage who does leather working and have been trying to get this quest completed. Obviously my hangup is the damn waterfall and ive tried everything from changing mount equipment to using fighter chow yet on the final jump on the waterfall i die.

To my knowledge hunters dont have issues with this because of some of the protections in place when taking damage. Has anyone completed this using a mage or maybe warlock? Is so, what tricks or tips do you recommend?

Finally got my favourite mount to drop and it couldn't have gone any better

Got a bunch of mounts recently as been farming to get to 400 and I did it! Got some island Expedition mounts, the PvP achievement from Legion (20 of each the dailies), finally got BfA flying, 2 from uldum (Ishak and the vulture), the two worlds one (alliance wolf and horde horse), The Alliance Bee mount, the quest mechanical spider from Mechagon, the ivory cloud serpent and now exalted with Zandalari too! And joined a camp group and got Elusive Quickhoof

Created a mog to better suit the Bloodflank Charger mount from the "Two Sides to every tale" achievement. Did one for the Ironclad Frostclaw too.

Decided to go back to Nazjatar and try to finish up Undersea Usurper. Made some progress over the last few days, but got stuck on a few things:

1) The rares: Soundless, Banescale the Packfather, and Rockweed Shambler.
2) Mrrl's secret stash

Had to do some work in the garage today, but every hour or two when I would take a break I'd log in and check for rares. First break, Soundless was up! 2 rares left!

Killed the Packmother 3-4 times today, but then I got Packfather!

Stopped in to see what Mrrl was selling, and the Tidestallion was up. I had got the taco a few days eariler, so checked that off the list!

Finally - the Rockweed Shambler. I must have killed 50-100 Algans today. Spent the last 1 1/2 hours just circling Nazjatr killing them. Finally NPC scan dinged! Got my crab!

Been awhile since I've posted here, due to taking a semi hiatus from WoW till SL, but recently added some big additions from the BMAH. I was up to around 1.7k tries for gall/oon, so it's nice to never have to farm rolls again.







I now own all the world boss mounts minus Mollie, and up to 576.

Forgot to get screenies but I got Mollie just before expansion (yay! got all the alpacas now!)

Did the last daily for Sinrunner Blanchy (what you do girl??) and got my covenant mount the war-bred Tauralus! So many mounts to farm this expansion tho!

Probably not a far as most in covenant rep, but managed to get this one... The winged Lyrion (armored) is next on the list..

Finally got around getting the Sundancer Mount!

With the help of a friend, I got Gloomhoof.

Wow...talk about a major mount drop. 4 mounts via missions in less than 2 days.

Hmmm.... good point. I might try that..

Wow...I did not see this coming, but while doing quests and one of those special silver dragon bosses in Korthia, a item called "Intact Aquilon Core" dropped and triggered a quest to turn in... and this was the prize, "Foresworn Aquilon" mount.

Although I'm a little late on this, I finally got my hands on that Wanderer mount in Korthia.

Congrats on all the mounts Kalasta, your screenshots and transmogs are very nice

Better late than never, Managed to get the Fallen Charger mount to drop.
