At long last, my favorite mount in the game has been obtained!

years of farming and nothing. slowly but surely i have been saving up gold since the end of bfa and keeping a watchful eye on the BMAH. I always assumed i'd have to gold cap it in order to grab this guy but today i noticed him sitting at 1mil all afternoon and thought i may as well give it a try with what i had saved up. Only one other bid ever came in- which did unfortunately add 2mil more to the price tag- but still an incredible steal.

I still can't believe i won it without going broke! and now i have a good start on the other (usually less expensive) BMAH mounts i have an eye on as well!
its been years since i felt a rush from obtaining a mount but when i realized no one else was bidding with seconds left on the auction i really started to get excited. I was certain someone would swoop in and snatch it out from under me.
I always kicked myself for falling in love with one of the hardest mounts to obtain in the game. I have been farming it with all my alts off and on since mop and i'm so happy to have him at last!

Better late than never, finally got my pally class mount.

At long last- it is mine! I have been trying to get this guy since i was like, 14. 28 now. I'm wondering if they boosted the drop chance or added bad luck protection like they mentioned a while back.

any others seen a change in luck this year?

congrats! I got mine x number of years ago.. cant find the achivement.. so sadly cant say if the droprate has increased or not...

Got the Shimmermist Runner yesterday

Battle-Bound Warhound dropped for me today. Modelled by my alt Warmblooded

thanks to the new buff in drop rates, i got Gal somewhere in the 660s!
and funny enough, this happens to be my 666th mount! so that was fun. now on to Nalak!

I'm aware of (and grateful for) the buff to the world boss drops, but I'm still so friggin happy aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! This is my most wanted mount from the Pandaria world bosses and I'm so glad to finally finally have it! Funnily enough, I tamed Tsulong this morning and I'm really glad I did. Sorry for the size of the attachment, brain's too fried to remember how to post screenshots correctly.

I had a feeling I'd get the heavenly onyx cloud serpent before the damn Horseman's mount and I was right, heh.

Had this since it was first readded so glad they let it out of the vault.

My friends and I got our KSM mounts this morning! We ran as healer/dps/dps so we always had 2 random pugs each time, it was definitely touch and go because of that, some people were frustrating to run with, but we did it.

Also they fixed the run animation on this guy THANK GOD he's way better now.

After about 300 total tries across all of my characters, soloing it whenever I had the free time, buddy and I went and did old raids for the Trading Post points.

Ran ICC and Invincible dropped... for my friend... who had never wanted it nor tried for it.

Ooof.

But they gave it to me!

Feels a little cheap that it didnt drop for me, but I FINALLY have that mount and can stop running that cursed instance.

is this a bug? its huuuuuuuge compared to other mounts...and skitterbugs are normally very small
