I had the most bizarre dream last night. I think I'm on the forum too much.

I recall that for some reason Mania made the decision to close down this forum. I can't remember the specific details, but I think it was along the lines of she didn't have time to keep up Petopia any longer, so the forums were one of the first things to go.

We (the community) were all in a panic, trying hurriedly to exchange contact info as the forums were literally being deleted thread-by-thread behind us and we were trying to make sure we could all still keep in touch somehow (Lol, as if there's no other means of communication). Sort of the same principle as running across a bridge that's crumbling behind you, we were trying to stay afloat with newly created topics in a mad rush to form plans to meet on another site, or get email addresses, or something. xD

It's so silly now that I'm awake and thinking on it, but it was quite catastrophic in dream. xD

My friend, who doesn't play WoW, and I went to see Harry Potter. Innocent enough, right?

Well, watching the previews, a song called "Light You Up" came on. Without thinking, I turn to my friend and say, "I'm gonna light you up, sweetcheeks!" My friend blinks at me, her expression reading, "Lolwut?" I quickly reply, "Sorry! WoW reference! You can take the player out of the game, but you can't take the gamer out of a player!" She blinks and gives me a worried nod.

Also, when Hermione is behind her protective wall and the bad guys smell her out, I think, "Yeah. Phasing sucks."

Saturday, I had a baby coming towards me. My first thought, "Crap. Baby aggro...Feign death!"

Feign Death fails against babies. They still aggro and there is nothing you can do about it.

I haven't had any personal WoW moments out in the real world, but I am trying very hard not to think of punching into work as "logging in".

HA! I totally heard that in his voice reading this...and I haven't run Arc in ages.

And that is hilarious on the phasing; I hadn't even thought of that, but it's SO FITTING.

Oh boy...just now I was trying to call my boyfriend on his cellphone to find out how long it would be until he got home. He didn't pick up, so my first thought was that I could just look for his dot on my map to see where he was. x)

I woke up this morning, and remembered a dream I had.. I was outside with my grandma, and all of a sudden NPCScan goes off at a blue riding tiger skinned cat, pretty blue too. I went down to see, and apparently she enrages if you throw kittens at her. I tried to run away, and got lots of scratches, and damn was she mad. I didn't even think about trying to tame her, I just wanted her to drop aggro. She didn't reset before I run inside and my grandma closed the door after me though.
And I didn't even throw any kittens, I just picked up one and then it took a leap. xD

The dreams make me want to play even more...how depressing it is to tame Skoll and when you wake up you're so hyped and then whisper to yourself "It was only a dream"...
Just the other day, I had a dream that I was flying over the Sekhet Wastes and I moused over Madexx's dot. It woke me up and I went "Oh god, not you again." Seriously, Madexx, leave me alone. @_@

Several times I have caught myself when driving looking for my "M" key.

lol i keep trying to press the M key too. I just had a wow moment last night when watching Ghostbusters. I had spent my game time grinding rep and honor on my pally who just hit 70 and is prot atm. Every time a ghost poped up on the screen i was like "crap who pulled aggro? gotta save the dps where is my shield? I NEED TO THROW MY SHIELD!" Kept looking at the ghosts and going through my tanking rotaiton in my mind, trying to use taunt to pull the big boss off the ghost busters >.< rofl

I went on a ferry ride to the big city on saturday, and bused to my Sisters place for her birthday, I kept looking for my Flightform so i could just fly there and not have to take the bus. I kept thinking "why am I walking, I can just fly there!" and then when it was time to head home, I caught my self looking through my bag for my hearthstone...

I use Vent when raiding and instancing. I have it setup to use the Ctrl key to speak.

At work often find myself pressing/holding the Ctrl key when a co-worker pops in my cubie to chat. I get a chuckle every time once I realize what I've done.
i do this alllllllllllll the time (and control is my hotkey too lol)....a few times i have even held my push-to-talk while talking to someone in the room while i *was* on vent, resulting in some very confused raid members rofl.

but my "i play too many videogames" moment is about FFVII and not wow. i was driving down a side street after a storm and saw a pretty cool twisty tree branch in the middle of the road. my first thought was "i wonder if i can pick that up?" as in "i wonder if that is interactive" not "i wonder if that is heavy". :?

i do say "mats" and use wowspeak on a regular basis though. ;)

My family and I are on a roadtrip, and we dro through some dry, dusty fields where the wind was whipping up the sand and making it look just like Uldum. For a moment I expected to see Madexx come crawling over one of the dunes and wave at me. Doesn't help that I won't have WoW access for the next three days - I'm gonna be seeing things all weekend at this rate x.x

Oh! Oh!

So my family are all heavy WoW players. So there's five of us, so we make a full party. I'm talking to my mom, and asking her what classes we'd be in RL.

So, my sister is the feral druid or hunter.
My brother is the idiot DK, I believe.
My dad is pally tank.
My mom is priest, rogue or mage.
Me? I'm apparently a lock, because I'm sadistic and hate everyone. The sad part is, I am totally fine with being the sadistic, hateful lock. Go me.

---

Let's see. One time, my friend and I were walking back to the rented beach house, by ourselves, in the dark. There are cars driving by, and I'm freaking out because it's dark, there's occasional beams of blinding light, and the gravel is pointy.

Well, I step on a sharp rock, and I swear to you, I leap into the air and land in the NE Shadowmeld position, hands out, kneeling and all. My friend, who doesn't play WoW, looks at me with an expression that just reads, "WTF, Azu?"

---

A friend of mine who does play WoW and I were part of a school trip. We're flying in France to somewhere or another with our class, and there's dark blue water. We both look at each other, and simultaneously inform each other dark blue water means fatigue.

How about falling out of bed and wondering how much damage you took?
