For those who want to know (e.g. myself), RaidChecklist has now caught up with all of these changes.
Anyia's Pet Ability List should show the shale spider special on the PTR. If anyone is on the PTR and also uses this addon, I'd love to hear whether it is working as intended there.

Changes for 2/25/2011:
- Added Spellsteal as an Offensive Magic Dispel
- Added Shield Slam as an Offensive Magic Dispel
Changes upcoming for 4.1 (NIY):
- HYDRAS AMG (maybe?)
- Defensive Magic Dispel removed from shadow priests

It also looks like dispel magic will only dispel one effect at a time, unless you're using it defensively as a disc priest.

4.1 Changes:
- Added Raise Ally as a combat resurrection for Death Knights
- Removed Dispel Magic as a defensive magic dispel for shadow priests
- Removed all instances of Shield Bash (interrupt/silence/snare)
- All warriors can now use Pummel
- Pummel is now a silence for Protection Warriors (via Gag Order)
- Added Shattered Barrier as a root for Frost Mages
- Added a new category of PvE abilities called "Threat Transfer:"
- Misdirection for Hunters
- Tricks of the Trade for Rogues
It's a shame Hydras didn't make the cut... maybe in 4.2?

Went ahead and added Hydras in as a tameable, non-exotic hunter pet class with the ferocity talent spec and the bellowing roar (5% crit) ability. It is not currently possible to tame a hydra, but those who had previously tamed the
Spirit of Atha will notice that its class has been changed from Crocolisk to Hyrda, from tenacity to ferocity, and with this new special ability. The pet's talents are currently bugged, but it is technically still usable as a pet. And since technical correctness is the best kind of correctness, hydras have now been added to my sheets.
Let's hope this is all just a precursor of things to come!

Updated for 4.2...
As far as I can tell, the only change that needed to be made is that blind now lasts for 60s on NPC targets. That should not affect RCL in any way since its CD is still longer than its duration.
I also added in support for talented (2/2 Brutal Impact) Skull Bash, which would move it from the Interrupt (>30s) category to the Interrupt (<30s) category. Both versions of the spell are currently listed on the sheets.
Mistake on Pet Ability Chart

I noticed that the two armor debuff pets, serpents and raptors, have their abilities listed as a 10% armor reduction, but it is actually 12%.
