Grztiblesmfrflhr!

I JUST REALIZED WHERE THAT'S FROM. I READ THAT STORY LAST YEAR.

Sorry, it got me excited because I JUST got it.

Also, pokemon wise, not doing much exciting. I'm quietly being frustrated because the PokeRP is dead and there's things I'd like to do and I'd like to save it because I love the idea, but I really can't. Not alone, not without Moon and her awesome plot knowledge (Or her brother, who must also know all of this delishus knowledges.) So I'm reduced to reading various scenes in RotS.

I guess I should prep my team for Mt. Thunder....*Sighs frustratedly.*

Aye I know, I've had mine for..well forever.. He's always taken good care of - hes given those little cake things they love when I make them and he has according to when I looked it up..enough happiness to evolve. I'm not sure why he isnt : /

sometimes pokemon lose a whole ton of happiness if they faint, best way to evolve a pokemon with happiness is to speed level it, make sure it never faints and feed it as much vitamins as you can (bitamins as in protein,calcium,iron that kinda stuff))

Havent bought any vitamins for him but he never faints and he holds an exp share so he levels VERY fast - figures my pride and joy is a normal pokemon :lol:

Curse the Poke Transfer. D: Sounds like the original trading system between Blue and Red to Silver, Gold and Crystal. >> We can transfer masses of Pokemon at a time... But no items or HM moves. Oh well, no bringing over the items I planned then. XD

Cassandris - don't forget about the Soothe Bell! That thing is a lifesaver when it comes to leveling happiness Pokémon. If you're playing Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, take him to get a massage daily at Veilstone. That increases happiness as well. Also, don't use herbs. Those decrease happiness by A LOT. Walking raises happiness too, but that usually takes a long time. According to Bulbapedia, it's only one point of happiness per 256 steps. But it's something, I guess.

I reserved my copy of Pokémon Black at the local EB Games last week. *Happy dance* I had an amusing chat with the cashier there, who was also a Pokémon geek. :lol:

And, to add to this, if you've beaten the game already (I'm guessing you have, Cassandris, considering Zangoose are hard to get otherwise =P), don't forget the daily massage at the Resort Area's Ribbon Syndicate place! You'll need to have a Pokemon that has 10 ribbons in total.. But as long as you get the all the 'week ribbons' from the girl in Sunyshore, and do some contests and yadda yadda yadda.. It's pretty easy.

The best way imo is to slap a Soothe Bell on them, drug them up to the max, and then some back and forth on a looooong road (like the bicycle path.) 256 steps goes relatively fast when you think about it, I don't think there's any diminishing returns as the happiness quotient increases either.. (plus it's easy to multi-task while you have the DS in one hand left-right-left-right.) </3

Hrmm, week and a half until B&W.. Wish it'd hurry up. X3

To keep my sanity on not having B&W for a bit, I'm going to start a Nuzlock challenge on my Platinum. Rolled a vitual dice to determain my starter and ended up with Chimchar.

So far I have:
Momo the Chimchar.
Kovu the Shinx.

Poor Kovu's been a pain to train up. :( All he knows is fecking Tackle.

*shudders.*

In my first game, I had money issues. (I decided to be good and send most of it to my mom. Don't do that.) So here I am, trying to level my espeon, when it hits me. I...sold my Soothe Bell. Resigning myself to a long, painful grind, I gather monies for vitamins and eventually have enough. Ironically, I was trying to get Sol boosted a bit because she was a little shy of full, and she evolved right there. Must've gained a point while walking that brought it to max. xD

My trouble REALLY began when I decided I wanted an umbreon. Even worse grind, and I had more money, too!

I tried that out with Pokemon-XD but it doesn't seem to go quite as well on the tv-based console games. Went something like this:

==
"Woo, gots poochyena! :D"

-it dies-
"ugh... well... maybe I can defy the rules just this once? :3"

-it dies again-
"Eeugh.. If I don't look at his HP until visiting the Pokemon Centre, then it's not cheating.."

-dies a third time-
"FFFFFFFFFF!! ..."
==

I should restart and give it another bash later.. =x
(actually i've had the urge to play SSBB, it sucks not being able to play it online with people!) ><;

I actually had my first casualty. Bucky the Bidoof... Death by Zubats confusion. Go figure. I did get a new team member so now I have.

Momo the Chimchar.
Kovu the Shinx.
Lyra the Starly.

The first gym is going to be a pain... OFF TO TEH TRAINING. Also, I need to restart my Gale of Darkness. I got stuck on a part because of bad choices in party members.

Just got my celebi's (all 5) today, then while shopping for food cuz there was none at home, I saw a big heart gold/soulsilver pokemon sticker book and of course had to buy it. Got a new computer today and WoW is currently being loaded up on it, and still need to get the new router set up for faster internet service. But I took Cyndaquil, Quilava and Typhlosion stickers and now my new computer looks much better XD Hopefully next week when I get my new computer desk, I can decorate that just as nicely with my giant legendary beast stickers, and Ho-oh and Lugia.

Picked up my Diamond and SS. suicune...

And updates on PMD!

I've grinding the last few days, to get everyone to 20. Only Sol and Buzzard were 20, Isaac was 16, Soundwave...15? I can only bring three guys along to Mt. Thunder, so I chose Isaac for his electricity type, so he wouldn't get roasted. I had done some reasearch, and sources told me Zapdos was frikking hard, the hardest, he will eat you up, blah blah blah. I go in, and I'm all, "Eh, if I'm not ready, I'm not ready."

So Buzzard, Isaac and I go in, and Buzzard acts cowardly, but then realized, "Wait-I'm not -scared- of anything." and challenges Zapdos. Four rounds later (two pecks to Buzzard and I, Isaac wouldn't fight.) and two embers and tackles, and the bird was dead.

I'm all, "Wait, -what-?" So now it's off to...uh...Hills of the Ancient or something to find out why I'm an eevee. Wheeeee!

Yey. X3; zapdos wasn't too bad imo, but a little later on make sure you stock up on reviver seeds before you leave. i'd take at least 20 of them. XD

Hm rawr, I might play Pokemon Rumble... I really wish that game had online-play! </3
