Tomorrow my bro leaves on his 6 week long OE. He will be in Turkey for ANZAC day and then Egypt and then England!
Pretty neat and I'm pretty jealous of him!

My boy toy is making me dinner (I'm not feeling great

). He is making cream of mushroom baked chicken with Parmesan pasta, I like it when he cooks (anything but eggs, he always burns them somehow

)

When there's a sugary sweet food that you love, and you find a different brand that's not only a bit better for you, but also tastier.

For years now, my BF has been the "cook" in the house. He worked in a restaurant after all so he "knew" how to make things really well. *snickers* well...he can make some things good, and a lot of the time...not so good...lol.
One of the things that he always insisted on making was pancakes...and they were always these flat, rubbery tasteless things. Oh, but it wasn't his fault, he "followed" the directions on the box...*snickers*
So why am I posting this in the Happy thread? Because this morning I decided that -I- was going to make the pancakes, banana ones with pumpkin spice! And I followed the direction on the box, and we just had thee fluffiest, most delicious pancake breakfast

They were sooo fluffy, and nommy!!!!
I told him from now on, I am making pancakes...and he didn't object!

*Distant screaming.*
This may seem pathetic to some but I've gone back to playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf just to check up on things (and distract myself from others). A while ago I was browsing the wiki for the NL-exclusive animals and decided I needed the
three mythical-based animals in my town. Well, Phoebe moved in a few days ago and today Julian arrived! Just need Drago and the set will be complete :3

It is now May. May 16th can't come fast enough! Godzilla! <3
Godzilla was my entire childhood. I had a roaring figure that I carried around as a child. I love him and still have him. I loved watching all those old movies. I really wanna get a Tyrunt plushie too! Also saw an awesome 43 inch Godzilla figure, with a hefty 70 dollar price tag. Ugh.
