I'm uncertain but I think they are setting up a tent city quest hub to cover what theramore used to...including a portal. Or so I heard.

That would be nice. I checked to see if my port still works and it does. Only problem is it brings me up to the top floor of where the tower used to be and I would have gone splat without my slowfall mug.

nope havent seen him in three weeks and Deepholm is so full it’s nearing a level of comic book ridiculous-ness. I have counted players from SIX other servers all chilling out here. There are at least twelve campers, many of which trying to camp on top of me. Also the time keeps changing as realms shift so I’m assuming that’s messing things up and probably the reason no one has seen anything. =/ Maybe I need to find a quiet new server to camp on or something.
I’m going to quit when MoP hits so I can spend at least two weeks skinning all the stuff left in the wake of the new leveling zone massacre and then hit lvl 90. Not sure if I will go back to camping after that since I will have other mounts to chase. By the time the xpack hits I will have camped for 300 hours so I think I will be in need of a break by then. Maybe it will give Blizz a chance to fix some of the xrealm problems. (Although I doubt they will do anything.)
/sigh. Cross realms are making this so much more frustrating. >.<

P.S can you summon a pet to help kill him? Or would that dismount me?

Missed Aeonaxx again. Thursday is the one day I have a class to go to so my sister camps for me. An hour after I’m gone someone found him on the one spawn NPC scan cant cover from my camping spot.

All things considered, I don't think you'll even need a pet, even as BM. But I'm pretty sure that you can't get a pet with you, so if that makes you uncomfortable, I would suggest camping as a different spec. And I'm sorry :/ I know what it's like to miss that spawn.

As far as anyone's aware, no, you can't summon a pet as it's instantly dismissed when you mount Aeonaxx. You don't need one anyway, he's piss easy to kill.

I didn't think it was an easy kill! Granted I was in fresh Cata gear(Jan or Feb last year, before most ppl knew about her), and not in my 397 glory like I am now, but she got me down to less than 20%!

Ohhh I guess now we don't have a minimum range to shoot her, I only had raptor strike for dps and was taking damage the whole time. Definitely a white-knuckle fight when I got her!

All right thanks guys. Just wanted to make sure. I’m just worried I will find him close to 9:30 when parent controls cut me off and it will become a dps race. First time I found him I had 15 min left to play.
I wonder the 6-22 hour spawn time is redundant now since the zone keeps switching between like six different servers. When Aeonaxx spawns when say- we are going by Dalaran server time will that mean the other server’s Aeonaxx is reset? Or if we switch back to Arygos time would that mean we are now following my servers spawn timer? o.- gah! So confusing!

I have been wanting to get my flame breaker title for a while now but have had problems finding the elusive Mankrik. With MoP just around the bend and xrealms making hyjal less then dead I figured I should give it another go before the new xpack drives everyone out of the zone. Mankrik has become more elusive then his wife and after tales of people waiting four hours for him I was afraid of an all day camp. Lucky for me I didn’t have to wait long. =)




and right back to Deepholm!

Oh, congrats! I'm still missing a couple of achievements (Ludicrous Speed, Fireside Chat, Death From Above, Ready for Raiding II). I should get those done xD But none of those will be hindered by MoP. So glad that you got that out of the way now

An idea is to put the NPCs you still need to find into NPC Scan. (: But congrats! I still need to do the Molten Front stuff hehe.

Because I really need NPCScan giving my frazzled brain a heart attack. o.e I just need to unlock this one guy via Hyjal quests. He won't show up until I do more quests. Just lazy.

well i think i'm done with Aeonaxx. time for a break. I need to try and get my everlasting Firework before I go into overdrive tomorrow for mop. =) Have to go farm lots of leather. (My goal is to sell while mats are in such high demand and then maybe buy a spectral tiger with my savings.) not to mention I have to get to lvl 89 for brewfest since blizz is being illogical. /shakefist
I will probably come back to deepholm in a month or two. (Maybe since most players will have other things to do it wont be so crowded?)
His bad timing is making me mad anyway. So see you later Aeonaxx. You may have one the battle but the war is far from over.

GL with the firework, I was going to try but honestly screw it. IMO we should have had a much higher droprate or get it for free. Stupid blizz.

Yep. Blizz and their insane low drop rates for fluff items. =/ meh.
Didn’t get my everlasting firework today. (I do have like 135 normal ones now though. Ugh) But I did have fun 2 manning the all powerful stormwind pug.


Took some trial and error. I had Deth taunt and dot him up on his DK while he kited him around the castle gardens. I guess he has a talent that will give him a bubble and save him from an attack that would otherwise kill him because that vicious little bugger hit him a few times and he survived with just a few hp left. I just tossed him a few spirit mends and used misdirect whenever I could and would FD whenever I got more then 25% threat. Becide that I just went all out on him and used intimidate if he got too close to the dk. It was actually a lot of fun. =)

Yep, DKs can talent for a cheat death type effect now. Very cool that you two manned him! Poor puppy, though.
