And yes, they really need to get more coders too. Putting all that onto one person (?) is far more stressful than it should be, especially since the site relies so heavily on coding.

They did, they've brought on 3-4 more mods since they did. They are still apparently doing okay sifting through the oodles of apps and wahtnot since its "just a volunteer job" and all.

Ok, it's been over a day now. I like the fact I can atleast keep an eye on my dragons because the site is in read only.. and I got to see my little Baeyel frow up... but.. I was going to try and farm up money for some genes before my pearls were up for breeding again. My Tundra nest was going to be hatched today, at this rate if the breeding cooldowns stay the same I'm going to have too few nests for my couples or be flooded with babies that won't sell. =(

I don't know why anyone would want to spend money on this site. It's like they don't even spend the money on the site and keep it for themselves.

An entire day and not even an update. I get that they're working hard on it,but that's a little messed up.

I'll admit I'm getting rather annoyed, at this point... But they did say they believe it was an attack, not a bug, so I'm trying to be forgiving. The hacker may be more experienced than they are.

Well, people would still hack and attack. Sony had to take down all of their services for a week because of DDOS attacks. WoW just had to take down the online trading house because someone hacked it (and I don't mean someone's specific account, they hacked the entire program). For FR to be having these problems isn't all that strange, especially since it's a fledgling site where real money is getting poured in. The part of the site that was hacked was the gems. Likely, someone's trying to get at the real money behind those gems.

It's not really waiting and dumb luck, it's sitting there and dedicating the time to get what you want. Yes, treasure output needs to be upped. They've said they're working at it. But, in the meantime, they've been experiencing hacks and critical bugs that need more attention. There's only so many of them, and they can only work for so long. Right now we get to choose if we'd like to have random egg rot or sucky treasure output. They can't do everything at once. They have a priority list, and we're just not to treasure yet (though shock switch is certainly an improvement). Real money is just more important. Critical nest bugs are more important. And, as soon as they have new servers and can open up registration again, we'll all be making bank on even the ugliest of babies as newcomers need breeding pairs.

As I said, I'm pretty miffed they haven't given out an update yet. I really, really want to get on, especially because it looks like they shortened cooldowns on purpose as an apology and I now have three days less to get snapper and ridgeback scrolls for Jaz and Tudyr than I did before. And I wanted to try and get them secondary genes, too.

Everything they do seems to make things worse and I think blaming it on only the players is not fair, they deserve all the flak they get.

I just wanted to do a few things! Not grind for treasure for once or anything! But now that it's been down for two days, ima have to grind the shit outta this game so I can fully gene my Imp before he breeds! EEFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!
