So I picked up this boy in trade for one of my other G1s I hatched.


Cobalt/Ice/Carrot

Interesting colors, for sure. Debating on genes...probably turn him into a coatl, maybe give him iri/shim/glim, cause that looks pretty cool. Cherub is very dark on cobalt, kinda surprised. Or maybe I'll make him a Ridgie with glimmer...hmm...

Um. I finished a gene project. It only took me like, 5 scatters...

But he's my new year guardian hatch. Also, Dew, that is a fabulously pink and awesome Guardian.

So I dusted off Skywhisper.

I promptly went through and got rid of (or tried to) a bunch of dragons, with still more on the chop block (I think I have a buyer for some of my oldies thankfully...) I exalted some too because I'm impatient and if a dragon only has 2 genes and isn't amazing enough for me to want to spend more than I'll ever get out of them on a tert gene... then yeah.

I scattered my random progen (she was Coal/Leaf/Soil). I'm not in love with it but the colors are grouped WAY better now and she makes decent babies with Boreas, so she gets to stay.


Of course I ALSO promptly stomped around and bought a ton more babies because I have no self control.

Due to hatchling two nest on color day i have no hatchlings today .... BUT I have a new Mr. Hyde. Exactly the same color as the old one... but he is a 6 digit. He came with crackle so i gave him glimmer. My older higher id Mr. Hyde had crystal but I like iridescent better so my new older Mr. Hyde will keep iridescent

Man, Tarn, you just can't win with that tundra, haha. I've had pretty good luck with scatters but it's always 'um, well...that's...okay, so i better leave it because it'll be a nightmare if I mess with it'...

Some new hatchlings today:

In my own lair, I finally made enough room to hatch Brujah x Beltane's first nest since I re-gened her with glimmer! One girl and one boy! The girl is maroon/sanguine and the boy is double garnet! ♥



Over in the family wind lair, Wulfenbach x Heterodyne hatched two lovely double seafoam nocs. One girl with Moon primary and one boy with Orca primary.



Over in the family ice lair, three triple sky babies were born. One girl and two boys.



Over in the other family plague lair, Huolon x Yulon hatched three lovely white/white/red-range implings. All boys.



Over in the family shadow lair, a random breeding produced three odd little butter/glim babies. One girl and two boys.



Over in the family fire lair, one male and one female ridgie were born:



Over in the family light lair, a beautiful new Gen One was acquired. Gold/Blood/Gold.

I had a request from one of my oldest non petopian fr friends to get a copy of Mosquito... after waiting almost 2 years for him to produce a copy of him self i bought him a girl with closer range. They had 4 kids today - and not a single male swamp primary
