HOLY CRAP!

Was playing the Game Corner in SoulSilver....

My goal was to rack up the 10k coins for Ice Beam.

Voltorb Flip sucks imo >_>

Anyway....I actually managed to reach the final lvl of Voltorb Flip and complete it! (there's 8 lvls)

For those that are curious...if you win lvl 8, it just leaves you just keep playing it till you screw up and get your lvl reduced.

Needless to say....I'm proud of myself.

Anyways I got my TM XD

Also, so I had a brilliant idea. I remember the female eevee chilling in the day care place. So I bike down there, and after selling some stuff, I pick up Shadwyn. Taking care of manipulative purposes, Shadwyn is now Venin. I just have to pick up my water stone, and we'll be set.

She's also, uh...33. Highest out of my entire team. >.>; And of course, I don't read the fine print, so I'm unable to pick up an absol. So I spent forever hunting for a new team member, and well...I fell back on an old favorite. While my team isn't as balanced as it could be, it's as good as I'll get with it. Balancing personal taste and usability (As well change) is hard. :p

So. This will be my proposed team:

Venin the Vaporeon
Soundwave the Yanmega
Solara the Espeon
Speck the Haunter (I was so close to doing Aralos instead, but Speck won out.)
Korra the Vulpix (Ninetails someday.)
Kestrel the Pidgeot

Oh I'm so excited my mom is like the best mom in the world, she had to buy ink for my printer for me after work(im doing some stuff for college) and she went to Best Buy, they have Pokemon Black on sale for 35 bucks and my awesome mom says "Hey you want it, I'll buy it.. You can pay me back whenever you want!" so I get it a lot earlier than planned! YAY!! \o/

Salamence is incredible in the Battle Subway - it has really good type coverage with Crunch/Earthquake/Dragon Claw and Roost for healing. Until you meet something with ice moves that is...Ice is scary for Mence. I beat Pokemon Black's story mode yesterday, so I was finally able to transfer over my precious Salamence and my Charizard that was my first Pokemon EVER in FireRed (my first game~).

Yay for Pokemon!

*Slowly crawls in, eye twitching* Victini....hate...five tries...finally...doing laundry..walked away after tossing a great ball...come back...'Victini's data has been added to the pokedex'...nearly cried in joy...annoying little...*crawls off, muttering*

I cant remember how many times it took me to get Victini the first time.

I know how ya feel, I had to save it leave and get more balls to try for him again. At least my trade went through and I got one of the green monkeys yay!

What level is Victini? I jsut got the game today and wanna catch him but Idk what level he is

Ihateit! I'm stuffing Vici...Vini..? I Forgot what I named the little snotrag...ah well! I'm stuffing it in a box until I can get that squeaky toy cry out of my BRAIN!

In other news, that second gym leader is evil. I had to catch a Timburr (Who was next to useless) and a Sawk to beat her, plus my Blaze evo. Timburr was taken out in a few shots at level 18. Sawk, who I named Ty (I miss that Hitmonchan!) took down her first pokemon and then the second one to half..at level 16. He's so a member of my team now. <3

I am currently just facing the 2nd gym leader, I am trying to see if I can get Blood (my rogginrolla) to beat her, but her 2nd pokemons being a pain in the arse!

*Edit* Just beat her, Blood took out her pokemon after some struggling. Almost took out Watchhog, but feinted before giving the final blow so Requiem had to step in and deliver the final blow.

Now to go get that skull back!

My Victini is lvl 15. He seems really good has fire moves and even things he should be weak too don't take away too much hp.

so I take it wait until I get my Pokemon around 14/15/16 to go try and tame him then? It isnt hard to connect to WiFi is it? I never have..

...Aaannd now I want to rename all of my Pokémon after Prohibition and Depression criminals. They had some great names/nicknames then. I blame the Lackadaisy Cats comic for my obsession with that era, heh heh.

Wi-fi is really easy to connect to if you have it. Just go to the wi-fi settings on your DS (you can access it from the screen right before you enter your game.) Just scroll down the list to wi-fi setting, select the first setting and choose to search for access point. If there's a wi-fi signal, it will find it. you may need to ender the routers password though.

Aw... when I try to connect to Wi-Fi it says that the access point's security settings aren't supported by the Nintendo DS.

ahhh...yes, see that happens when the router security setting is set for WPA security, not WEP (slightly weaker security). (DS can only connect to a WEP signal) If it is your router, then you just need to reset the router and set it up as WEP in order to get Wi-fi.

I... don't know how to do that, so I guess I'm going to have to wait until my more tech-savvy dad gets back from work. Thanks, Makoes.

UPDATE.

STILL have not beaten the game. Why? ... I spent HOURS ON END trying to catch an Adamant natured Terrakion. From 9 PM last night to 5 AM this morning. And I STILL didn't catch him last night. Spent about 2 hours today trying again.. And a few minutes ago, I finally caught a Terrakion with an Adamant nature! AND I caught him in a normal PokeBall! (Which is what I wanted XD)

So.. We're just training a bit more. Will go challenge the Elite Four soon. Wish us luck~! XD

Lyell the Samurott (Male, lvl 48, Lax nature, knows Megahorn, Dragon Tail, Surf and Return. Caught in a PokeBall (Durr, since he's my starter))
Maya the Chandelure (Female, lvl 47, Naive nature, knows Will-O-Wisp, Flame Burst, Confuse Ray and Shadow Ball. Caught in a PokeBall)
Roxie the Emolga (Female, lvl 47, Quiet nature, knows Charge, ThunderBolt, Acrobatics and Light Screen. Caught in a Heal Ball)
Terrakion the.. Terrakion (Male, lvl 44, Adamant nature, knows X-Scissor, Retaliate, Rock Slide and Sacred Sword. Caught in a PokeBall)
Hannibal the Galvantula (Male, lvl 46, Mild nature, knows Thunder (Yay for almost perfectly accurate Thunder thanks to his ability!), Signal Beam, Gastro Acid and Thunder Wave. Caught in a Heal Ball.)
