SS update:

After my winning streak in the Game Corner...I took on Whitney's Gym for the Plain Badge!

Poison (Golbat) was REALLY helpful against Whitney! As a Female, Poison rly helped block Whitney's attempts to make her love her 'mons! Just some Wing Attack spam and her Poke's fell!

Also she evolved! I now have a super-special-awesome Crobat!

Preparing to catch Sudowoodo for my team now.

Team so far:

Skald: Quilava, lvl 30: Tackle, Quick Attack, Flame Wheel, Ember

Poison: Crobat, lvl 26: Leech Life, Wing Attack, Bite, Confuse Ray

and 4 Poke's I don't use all that much.

I'm the world's most casual Pokemon player ever. :P

I'm fiddling around with a ROM of Fire Red currently, and unsurprisingly I'm really terrible! I was never much for strategy and always got Pokemon I liked personally. I've got a Butterfree, Fearow, Wartortle, Pidgeotto, Gloom and a perpetually empty slot. I caught my Oddish to beat Misty but didn't think to grab a Diglett for Lt. Surge, so I spent a half an hour fighting RNG and wondering why I taught my Wartortle dig instead of someone marginally more useful.

Beat him though. :P

your not the worst casual player ever. And its not wrong to use pokemon you like personally. I have a friend who couldnt even beat a gym leader until I sat next to her and explained what each of her pokemon could do or what type match-up ment. Now she can...almost...beat me in pokemon battles A wartortle with dig is actually pretty niffty in the right cercumstance. It's very handy as well in double battles especially if you need to keep wartortle safe from electric or grass pokemon while your partner takes out the threat.

Well *goes off to train lv. chimcar in the very first grassy area, suddenly entei appers with 1 health left and asleep* I now have caught all the legendary beasts! I don't think i'm getting pokemon white till my birthday too *pouts*

Gratz on entei!!! I loved running into those random legendaries when not expecting it, even better when managing to catch them.

I'm most casual!

I pick pokemon I like with more or less little thought on how it will work, don't know how the hell to EV train pokemon, and have never competitively battled unless you count easy battles against siblings. (They were usually, "Pick pokemon under level 30. Let's see who wins.")

I don't even know how to work WiFi/trade with people. :p

Tusula a feligator
Ded an ampharos
Tango the miltank
Embarga a magmotar
Fear a fearow
Swine a mamoswine

I didn't like, fearow, kiltanks magmars or mamoswines from the start, but I now love the species~ mraeep weren't on my like list but rather my 'neutral' list, I friggen LOVE totodiles though~

I've a team on PBR that consists entirely of shiny Eevee Evolutions, just because I liked them but never used them on any teams.

as for usability on my teams, they always tend to have huge weaknesses to ice or dragon type pokemon.
