I guess, seeing as these beasts are for hunters only... we don't have mindless killing by griefers - and the fast respawn also means everyone will sooner or later get what they're after on the Beta. After that... whoever goes through the task of looking for information will get rewarded.

You can see tracks via Eagle Eye; Bonita pulled that off earlier.

I don't think I'd worry too much about other classes poaching your tame. While things might be rocky for the first few weeks, as soon as everything smooths out (and the majority of people's mains hit 90 and start hanging out in major cities or daily zones), the likelihood of anyone HAPPENING to be within eyesight of your tame will be pretty small. Even now on live, I have managed to find an entirely visible rare, log out, switch accounts, fly to said rare, and tame it, without interference and I'm on a "High" pop server.

Just wanna say. That goat is pretty sexy! Not in a lonely farmer sort of way >_>

Hes lvl 85 I think. Was just so happy I found him I didnt pay too much attention to the level, but I glanced at it and it was green and I swear it said 85.

This whole new "rare" method tracking is great, no more griefing, very funny and gives everyone a shot for their favourite skins with accessible timers (which can't be messed by the random person passing by).

I highly approve this, we may actually see more people using what they really like and not what they stumbled upon and "felt forced" to tame for bragging rights or just because they felt that could have been their only lifetime chance to see that pet.

Can someone check Bloodtooth (Dragon Turtle in Krasarang Wilds) few more times? I fear that he might be "color-changer" like Madexx and Portent.

I believe he's safely one colour. Portent is the only "Madexx"-like one.

There are still a few dragon turtle colours missing at this point, but hopefully they'll all be in before release, or at least most

Apparently, Portent shares the sad fate of not being phased with the zone, so apparently, if you aren't at a certain phase you can't see him.

Portent is in VEB, right? There is a Lot of phasing if you don't do the lead-in quest at the temple in KLS.

But that brings up new question to me. Some pages ago someone said that these rares have 1 hour respawn timer. Any idea if it is only for testing (like humanoid rares had insane spawning for testing), or is this (about) the speed they are going to stay?

I haven't been able to see any on the screenshots that have been provided. I think I'm missing the elephant in the room.

Mine has one (you can see the tooltip from it). But yes, they aren't the easiest.

Ooh, more tameables in 5.1! If some tameables are added later because they ran out of time, I suppose there's always hope for more (more meaning mantidtankssandreavershydrastalbuksstegodonspterrordaxesoldworldgoatsyaks)

Stompy's tracks go alot longer that I first thought (and are positioned backwards in-game). He can path all around Neverest, and the paths along the bottom, even up to fairly close to One Keg. I managed to catch up with him and flare him somewhere on the mountain.

Please oh, Please oh, Please!!!!!! Please Keep the low spawn timers. I'd hate to have to follow them and wait 6+ hours

I finished the White Tiger quests in KLS and opened the way to the Vale, but Portent's tracks still get phased at the Emperor's Approach. Ugh. What else do I have to do to fix this?

Where are the tracks for the pink crane located? I know they are in the Valley but what part?
