Wow, the Dijon dye actually looks really good on that coat! It looked more yellow on your last one. I have noticed that some colors look pretty different from one piece of armor to the next. But anyway, yeah, I really like it on that one.

Thank you

I thought about fiddling with the colors some but I rather like that combination on it, I wanted some kind of medium brown since the Dijon color is kinda mustard yellow but it works on that design
Your characters are looking great

I love the color combo on your necro's armor .. I really need to start playin my elementalist again

Loving the red and white on Ioleandre's armour! I would probably have made it red with white highlights (or black), because I'm a huge fan of red, but I admit that this is probably far more elegant than my taste.
I...LOVE that hyena. O.o
I am also really enjoying the screenies of Saamid, Wassa. He seems to have so much personality!

So after adjusting my characters some more Angela became a Gyardian of a different name because the plate armor on humans is just /drool.. My necromancer was left to become a Sylvari, so she did. Her name is Khaedyn. I attached some screenies of her.. After I made her well... I noticed she was like the love child of the Joker and Poison Ivy. No kidding. She looks JUST like him.

Whooooa, she is creepy!!! That's not a bad thing.

And yeah, between the color and the necro mask, she really does resemble the Joker.

Thanks! Her current armor color scheme is purple and green too. ;D

Hehe, it's an "i". It's a little bit of a play on "oleander", a poisonous but pretty flower. I read that sylvari take a lot of their names from Irish/Celtic/Gaelic, and after looking at some names I noticed a few use "io" combinations and "re" and stuff like that. So...I just kinda came up with Ioleandre.

So Jeremiah hit 80 awhile back and after a short break I decided on which character to level next.
Meet Uriel Oakleaf my Sylvari Elementalist wearing his snazzy new outfit.

I've wanted to try out necro for awhile now and I didn't quite click with the human I made so I decided to try out norn and much to my surprise I'm actually quite enjoying the storyline
Meet Gunnarr Halvarsson.
so far I really enjoy playing him and the initial story for norn necro is quite alot of fun. I have not tried out sylvari yet but everything points at Gunnarr beeing a keeper

(Yes he shares Halvarsson with my warrior

, if I get around to writing their stories they'll likely be related)

Well, I missed all the holiday events in Guild Wars 2 this year, as far as the airship coming to each town. I did end up soloing Tixx's Infirmiriririrarium (whatever the crap it's called), which was "fun". Those events are a pain in the tookus to do by oneself, and I died more times than I care to count. I did solo the final champion without dying, though. Yay rangers!

I happened to engage him by a giant floating cube type thing, so every time he started to fire that purple stuff I just dodged out of LoS. Then when he did his spinny move of pain, I called my pet back and waited til he was finished before jumping in again. It took forever, but I finally did it.
Anyway, I chose the Ventari Toy. It was between that and the Plush Gryphon (it was so squeedorable), but I thought that might make Sevryn seem a little less masculine.

I am glad I chose it, though. I like its details and staff.

Unfortunately, I had to spend almost 2g to complete it because at the end of the event, you can choose
either glue
or stuffing. I read on the GW2 wiki that to get the other one that you didn't choose, I think you'd have to do the event like 10 more times or something because the presents at the end drop 25 each, and you need 250. After going through that pain only once, I wasn't doing it ten more times.

Had to exchange some gems I had laying around for gold, but whatev's. It just means I got a toy for 100 gems instead of 350.
(Edit: To clarify, at the end of the event you don't get the toy itself, you get the toy frame, 100 cogs, and either 250 stuffing or 250 glue. The pooper is that to make the toy at the forge in Lion's Arch, you need all of the components [and 150 more cogs, but I got lucky and already had a stack of 250 from something else]. The easiest way for me to get the 250 drops of glue that I still needed was to buy them at the Black Lion trader.)

Blargh! I can't stop creating characters! My highest one is 59, then I have a necromancer at 39, a warrior at 31, a guardian at 16 and now a thief. x_x I've only played the thief for about ten minutes, but so far I really like the mechanics. I also like how they feel more...active...than the rogues in WoW. Like their dagger skill that makes them leap at enemies, and the steal F1 where you yoink something from the enemy to use against them. It's pretty spiffy, I think I will like it quite a bit.
This is Dhaegan. So far, his background info is Determination (headband) / Ferocity / Green Knight / "Act with wisdom, but act." / Cycle of Noon. At first I went with Subterfuge (hooded cloak) / Crescent Moon / Cycle of Night, but the "wisdom" thing didn't really go so well with him and my necromancer is already Cycle of Night. Then I went with Green Knight / Cycle of Dusk, but he's not really the magical type, so Dusk was out. After having played him for about five minutes, I decided that he's a scrapper. He loves to make his blades dance and he's a bit on the violent side. Not evil, but definitely not afraid to let his daggers do the talking. That's why I ended up going with the Determination (headband) and Cycle of Noon.
Not that anyone needed to know all that, I just love building characters. :3 Sorry for the near-naked shot, I just wanted to show his colors. I had a heck of a time with the skin color, eye color and glow. I kept flopping between "Glacier" skin color which is a light bluish-tealish-greenish (sometimes it looks more blue to me, other times more green) or Silt (medium gray), White or Streamlet (light blue) glow, and gray or dark blue eyes. I finally settled with Glacier / Streamlet / gray eyes (I think it's called "Frost" in creation). I wasn't originally intending to use so much blue, but I really like how it turned out.

And I suppose he's not entirely blue-blue. Like I said, the Glacier skin color was kinda light tealish, the hair is near-black and the eyes are gray. I don't want to look monotone, nor do I want to look really clashy, either. I'm so picky.
.....I'm going to need to buy some more character slots.
