Magna - Burning Steppes

Magna's jaw dropped as he saw not only his pet's transformation, but the locked up whelps. He began making Seaforium bombs.

He ran to a cage, "Stand as far from the door as you can!"

He attached a bomb.

Arbennig, now in a color reminescent of the Black Flight, began spewing shadowflames from his dual mouths. Though not as strong as a true black dragon's breath, it was sure to send a CLEAR message to these orcs that capturing whelps will be paid for in blood.

Kozri, Whelplings, Orcs. You know.
Burning Steppes

The whelpling got out of the way, shrieking at the orc. The rest of the freed whelplings were darting around and causing all sorts of chaos, ((MANY WHELPS. HANDLE IT.)) and the orcs realized this wasn't going to well. Their numbers had dropped considerably, but they refused to retreat. This was it for them, no where else to run. Kozri had taken a few more blows, trying to distract the orcs and take out as many as he could in his fury.

Karzix and Glix - Burning Steppes

The two goblins cast each other glances before taking off after their comrades. Glix let out a surprised noise as she caught sight of the cages and the whelps trapped inside of them. She set to work assisting Willowe in slowing the orcs, blasting out freezing ice in a radius around her that froze nearby enemy feet to the ground ((Frost Nova)).
Karzix took several throwing knives from his belt and threw them all at once, aiming toward the orcs that were attacking Kozri. He cast a puzzled glance toward the cages. How did the orcs find all these different kinds of hatchlings? Seeing the others freeing the whelps he dug in his pockets for a lock pick, then shifted his attention to the nearest cage. "Think yah can make it all the way 'ome, little guy?" He murmured as he wrenched the lock off.

Decay - Elwynn

"Shut me up, then.", the elf taunted, smiling friendly at the druid.

Indigosa--Cultist Camp

Indi watched in horror as Zaruuk seemed to be relieving some sort of nightmare. And then, suddenly, his eyes flashed open and he sounded more vicious and angry than before. As she watched him attack Tirrae, she whispered, "Eredar!" shuddering in memory.

Willowe--Burning Steppes

Willowe summoned rejuvenating energy for herself and her friends, snarling at the orcs and attempting to summon beams of moon energy on the ones coming for her ((Moonfire)).

Magna - Burning Steppes

Magna's bomb exploded, breaking the lock.

He opened the cage to free the whelps.

Arbennig ran to Kozri's side and began spewing Shadowflames at orcs.

Azunara
Elwynn

Azunara growled, finally moving to try and strike Decay through the bars. "I said, shut up."

---

Kozri, Whelps, Orcs
Burning Steppes

With the last of the whelps freed, they finished attacking the orcs. Between the attacks of everyone and the whelps, the last orc finally fell. Kozri lashed his tail, saying softly, "They'll never hurt a hatchling again." The whelps swarmed their rescuers, squeaking excitedly in draconic. The Bronze whelplings especially clung to Kozri, chirruping excitedly at seeing one of their own. Kozri tilted his head, listening to their various squeaks and cries. "They have an idea how to get home. Sort of like an adventuer's hearthstone, they can cast a spell similar to that."

((Remember how Awbee, that little blue whelpling in some Blackrock instance would give you a means to Winterspring? Same concept.))

Magna - Burning Steppes

Arbennig's scales shifted back to their natural purple coloration.

The big drakeadon began playing with some of the whelps.

Magna smiled at the whelps, then looked at his pet. After his many years of knowing the big drakeadon...never in his life has he seen him do that before.

((WOOT Azu you are brilliant))

Myri laughed as the little bronze whelping that had helped her clung to her shoulder. She scratched it's head asking "Where do you think they can send us to?"

Decay - Elwynn

Decay showed absolutely no response to the rake, instead looking confusedly at Azu. "And that's supposed to shut me up how exactly. Guess whatever they tainted you with made you stupid as well."

Karzix and Glix - Burning Steppes

"Good. I was startin' tah picture havin' a pack o' dragon hatchlin's followin' aftah us. And ahre we done with orcs fah now?" Karzix asked tiredly, shooing away a whelp that had started to nibble on his hair.
Glix was looking at Arbenning. She glanced at Manga. "Um... judging by your expression, I'm guessing he doesn't do that very often?"

Lesari - Elwynn Forest

Lesari cursed as she was trapped in ice again. She quickly started to hack at the ice, wanting to free her bare feet before any damage happened.

~

Shattertooth - Burnign Steppes

The black drake stumbled forward, yowling at the group. He had stayed back, not wanting to lash out against the masters. He sniffed at the welplings, rumbling a greeting to his fellow blacks in particular.

Magna - Burning Steppes

"He's never done that before...." Magna responded.

Arbennig was oblivious to Glix and Magna's curiosity.

Kozri
Burning Steppes

"Home? With their Flight. And no more orcs. Done with them. Promise. Probably." Kozri said, grinning at the hatchlings and looking enormously pleased. Soon, the whelps moved into groups, the red with the red, bronze with bronze, green with green and blue with blue. Their chirping became more focused, with power in it as opposed to random squeaks. There were a few flashes of light as the power was released and the hatchlings cast their spell to return home. Kozri twitched his tail, shattering an empty cage, pleased.

The black whelps looked confused, sticking close to Shattertooth.

Azunara
Elwynn

Azunara growled, deciding maybe if she ignored her, the death knight would just shut up.

Decay - Elwynn

"I believe you're suffering from what we undead refer to as 'brainrot'. You know, you're probably the most advanced case I've seen to date.", she said, grinning the whole time. "Know what I can do to fix it?"

Azunara
Elwynn

The druid didn't even bother to reply. She'd be dead again soon enough once the intruders were gone.
