Baine huffed slightly, giving both Garchomp and Aeris a half-annoyed look.

"He acts like one around you! Like a teen with a crush. It's almost Cute!" Aeris grinned, wondering how far she could push.

Buzzard wrinkled his brow. "Why wouldn't he use the fear? I can do what I do because of it. Besides, I'd much rather scare people into doing what I want, to tell the truth. Dealing with people typically is a real blow to the moral when you realize how stupid they can be. Confident they're overly opinionated and blind, scared they're simple. It's not the best method out there, but it's worked pretty well so far." He shrugged, stretching his wings before settling them. "There's only one human I ever knew that had some sense, anyway."

Garchomp began to snicker a little too.

"I only hesitated cause I was thinking!! That is all! He still can't call me anything that has to do with fuzz or fluff! SO HAH!!!" Baine said, flailing his arms around.
